Today was the first time Ive had to use office depot in years. The 2 young men that helped me were polite and knowledgeable. I will return if I ever need anything to do with office supplies or printing. One young man was the greeter and the other young man was printing.I wish I would have asked there names because I would have included them in my review.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is because of the friendliness of the staff. Outside of that, the simple print job I requested was so horribly botched it’s almost laughable. I had a pdf of a playing card deck, wanted them printed and cut to playing card size and explained as much. When I came to pick up my order the cards were the perfect playing card size for one of my daughters baby dolls, but not much use to me. I pointed out that the cards were MUCH smaller than expected and the young lady I spoke with apologized and offered to call the girl who took my order in the first place. Not sure what the goal was there, but I wasn’t about to sit in the store and make a scene over playing cards. I’ll drive to Kinko’s in Baton Rouge before I get anything printed here ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!Here to get photos made for my mother’s funeral and was met with a team and management that made my decisions and requests feel ignorant and ignored. Fed ex gets my business from here forward.

I’ve had a few times that I would ask an employee to help me look for something and sometimes they go over and beyond to assist you... then other times, even if they have no idea, tell you that they don’t have something. An associate straight lied to me about having a “waitress book” when it shows online how many of them are in stock at the store. Thankfully, another associate helped me find it. I just hate when employees are just there to collect a paycheck and don’t care about their jobs. One thing I have noticed every time I have gone is that they have a special needs person working at the register and I love that!

Treats you like family, has great school supplies also office supplies. The prices on all the materials are not expensive. Great service and amazing customer service!

This is the cleanest and most organized Office Depot I’ve ever been in. I found everything I needed, and Matthew was very helpful. He even checked to see if one of my items was cheaper online so I wouldn’t have to pay so much.

Very nice clean store. Friendly customer service representatives. Office Depot has so much more to offer than Walmart or other stores for your office supplies. We shop there for school supplies too!

I used the self-serve to print some documents. Its really convenient, especially if the printing counter is busy. Scan a credit or debit card, print documents, and go. When I had a question, the clerk was very helpful.

Great place to get what you need for school. Didnt have everything my daughter was looking for but shell be fine improvise when faced with a challenge.

When I need a ream of paper or something printed, its a good place to go. The staff is usually bored and not over friendly. They also dont know their own store very well. Probably due to a high turn-over rate.

Recently reopened and one of the few stores in the country that are the new brand. Interior is completely renovated, has a new print, pack and ship center via USPS or fedex. No need to bring shipping labels, they have computers at the counter you create labels at. Better layout and style overall, same selection of products.

Got my scan and print order wrong, emailed me someone elses things. When I went the next day to get it fixed, it took an hour. Still only gave me half the copies I requested and had to wait longer when I came back a third time to finally get my order right. I shouldnt have to supervise their work.

Poor customer service. Was right before closing. Guy in line ahead of us was waiting for an item and they couldnt be bothered to ask him to step to the side so we could check out. Left our items on the counter and left.

Incredibly hot in store. I quit shopping. Cashier had a hand held fan

The service used to be okay. But its just gotten worse and worse. I waiting a while for an online order I placed in store to find out the cashier didnt scan it and just gave it back to me. Another time I had an issue paying and the cashier called the manager up and when the manager got there they the cashier was helping another customer and the manager just walked off. All of my cards (different banks) and the person behind mes card all got declined and they just said to call the bank. And even small things that really arent important like being asked for a bag and saying no then the cashier put it in a bag anyway and just said oh well.

I went into the store at 11:23. Waited behind a man for 10mins. The girl asked what I needed. I proceed to say lamination. She says ok and continues to help the guy for another 10 mins. Its my turn and she tells me she has to heat the lamination machine. That takes anothe 10 mins. And wasnt friendly about it. I left at 12:03

They dont have quality products. They do not have drafting kits and everything is priced for 75% profit. Go elsewhere.

I wish there was another office supply store in town that my company worked with. Service is spotty, seems like there is never enough workers in the store, I cant get them to print anything for me without mistakes. Frustrating.

Horrible costumer service and the staff is not very tech savvy at all took three days for a simple power point install,will not return to the Denham Springs Office Depot again.
