All I can say is WOW - what awesome service!! I called Henry after starting my computer and heard a loud noise in the fan. Very quickly Henry and one of his students showed up and upon disassembly found a wire was touching the fan making the noise. They moved the wire and i was back to work in 10 minutes. I am a RTW traveller and I downloaded a free movies and tv show site on my laptop to me company while on the road. Well, the obvious happened, I collected all kinds of nasty viruses.
