Bad customer service, it’s been almost a year and I have yet heard back from them about my returns. Still haven’t gotten them. No follow up calls from the staff. I paid full price for their services and never received my returns or an explanation as to why I never received them. Every time I called they were either on vacation or no one picked up during their work hours. When ever I did get a hold of them, they say they’ll call back but never do. Really bad experience all together. Just like other tax offices they wait to get your money to start they’re games and excuses.. 😡

Bad service the one that attends asked for the w2 and when I asked him to give it to me after he only asked me one thing and he didnt have it he charged me 40 dollars for not doing anything if not, he didnt return my w2, that was blatant robbery
