I am shocked with the quality of service Joe and his wife Pat provide. They made me feel at home since rhe first time I visited them to ship a fedex item but my cellphone had no battery left to turn on and to print the shipping label I had. Joe kindly offered to charge my phone and after 5-10 minutes it was ready. He shared life stories of him and his wife while I waited and graciously interacted with my baby. I discovered thorugh a paper he had on display that he performs notary services and even weddings. Casullay my fiance and I were planning on getting married and I could not think of a more fit person to perform our ceremony (they got us married!!!). Pat did the ceremony for us and Joe even went above and beyond to get flowers for my fiancee to present to me. They are truly thoughtful and deserving of many blessings. Now everyone know where Ill be doing all my notary and shipping diligences!

They are fast but they upcharge from regular USPS and FedEx prices to make money. From $45 to ship USPS, you have to pay them $59.67 instead. They make $14.67 off one package. Fast to be in and out but you got to pay an additional charge that they wont tell you.

Worst possible location to go to for Fedex shipping services. I wish I were joking or exaggerating. Owners Pat and Joe have the absolute worst customer service skills imaginable. They upcharge you more than what the actual Fedex shipping rates are and when you question it, they get snippy and tell you that you can go to the Fedex location in Sanford to get those “discounted” prices (the prices aren’t discounted, theirs are just inflated.) Joe also tried to imply that the prices I was looking at were from another site posing as Fedex even though I was literally on the one and only Fedex site. They really don’t care about anything but your money and ironically, they don’t do a very good job at getting it. Would not recommend and honestly, I hope that they go out of business. Also Joe didn’t wear any masks while behind the counter which was not surrounded by plexiglass. Only person who was worth speaking to was the other woman employed there, I think she was latina and she was very kind and helpful but unfortunately her bosses are awful.

Very poor rating not even worth 1 star .... My package was to be here on the 21st of Aug. Now they changed it to the 23rd of Aug. At last minute .... This location is not to blame tho it is FedEx main office that is to blame ... I will no long use FedEx due to this issue ... I feel they gave me false hope and a false promise I would have my package today .. I made plans around their promise and it even cost me time and money

I was never offered insurance. They broke EVERYTHING glass I had during the move. No respect for your property. I will never use Fed Ex again. Those were irreplaceable items!! Basically paid over 200$ for them to destroy my stuff!!

This owner falsely advertises by listing his store as “Fedex” on Google maps. This is not “Fedex”, this is a U-Post Center with a “Fedex Authorized Center” sign at the top of the building, which means that Fedex merely picks up packages here once and at 4pm, EST. This deception caused me to waste gas to travel on the side of town that I don’t like to travel to and prevented me from making the decision to travel to Sanford or Lake Mary in enough time before their last ship-off.So when I came into the U-Post center, he watched me struggling, carrying a big box, then once I realized that it was not a sole Fedex Center, he told me to go to Lake Mary or Sanford. So I asked him when the last pickup time was he told me I’d have to call them and as a courtesy, I asked if he could call them to get their last pick-up time in Sanford or Lake Mary, he refused.HORRIBLE customer service. He knew he was wrong for not being transparent and the very least he could do for the error was assist in finding the last Fedex pickup time.

Their doors are locked and the hours on their open sign say they should be open!! I understand that it is a person that bought into FedEx, but it should still represent the company and unfortunately this location does not!

Every time I come to this place the doors are locked during business hours. Sign should say will return tomorrow, and not will return in 2 minutes. I stood out front for 10 minutes before I realized another post office is near by.

Very, Very bad experience!, i shipped vintage car parts and insured the parts for more than they were worth; i send them pics of my damage parts, got them an estimate from a body shop of fixing them, and a invoice and receipts of proof of purchase, and i complied with all the proof and evidence that they wanted from me; and its been more then 4 months and they still dont want to pay me for my damage parts., the parts were shipped to new haven,CT.
