HUGE place and SUPER clean! Will definitely keep coming here to do comforters and blankets!

This place is a gem. The staff is wonderful. The prices are great. It is close to my place so very convenient. I take all my king size quilts there, you drop them off for much lower price then other places around. So, I highly recommend it if you are in Delray area.

I have been coming here for over a year. I regularly drop off my clothes for my business to be taken care of here. The last time I was here I got my clothes back like this. When brought to the attention of the OWNER he claimed without the clothes he couldn’t do anything for me. Due to the limited time available I had to get them done closer to home. The number listed on google no one answers and I get a voicemail. They refuse to correct this matter in any form without the clothes in the condition they gave it to me. The owner told me “to take my business elsewhere” after i informed him I would no longer use there services after there poor customer service.

Its a little on the expensive side but is is super clean. The stuff is constantly cleaning and wiping everything. I feel safe and happy going there.. (Ive been twice now)

$4 is the cheapest wash here. It also stinks like dirty feet & its small & overly crowded.

Nice place clean inside but lately it has a funny smell. Next to Dollar General just incase you need dryer sheets or something. The smell right now is the only thing keep it from 5 stars 🌟

Cleanest L in 30 miles. Large open space, easy parking, safe distancing. Wonderful staff. Everything in working order, unlike all other laundromats.

Brand new Machines with LCD Screens. 1 - 6 Load capacity, i mean like way too much space in One washer machine. HUGE Dryers. Never had to wash anything twice, never had to dry anything twice. Super Clean, the lady is always cleaning. I like the place.

A/C, change machines, 1-6 load washers, friendly management once you get her to 😊 smile.

Pros:-Clean-A lot of machines. Newer and almost all working.-They have laundry products for sale.-Plaza seems safe.Cons:-Little more expensive than others in the area.-NO BATHROOMS. One was “out of order” and the other was for employees only.-They have hand written signs posted everywhere. “Don’t sit on tables” “Don’t leave belongings in or they will be removed by employee” “Maintain 6ft distance” etc...-There is also a sign on the door that says “No children please”, even though the employee working had her two kids with her. The kids don’t bother me, it just bothers me they don’t follow their own polices. Take the sign down.

Great clean machines cost me about $15 to wash what I needed but I used the 2 biggest washers they run on a 30 minute cycle and driers. The attendant was present and knowledgeable. I do not do much laundry outside of my house but when I do I will go back here again.

Clean! New machines well lit. The dryers actually work.. big machines make it easy.Spent about 14 on 5 loads worth ... so its worth it.. even easier than doing at home cuz 5 loads its all done in an hour

I washed a mattress cover but the machine does not spin enough, the attendant does not want me to use their dryers because it is too wet and tells me to go out and deal with my problemsI leave with my stuff all wet in my car and dry them at home in my dryer and it worksreally not strong this attendant is the law of least effort.I will never go back and recommend it if you have a heavy wash

Amazing laundry ! Great customer service. Washing and drying was easy to do with no complains. Always kept clean and if help needed , always given without hesitation. Highly recommend this Laundry to everyone !

This place is quickly declining for being such a new facility. I have been doing laundry here for about 5 weeks now and every week its a little worse . Today I witnessed a total of 7 roaches near the driers. This makes me very leery because if there are roaches, the chances of bed bugs being spread is that much greater. Hope to see this fixed, because other than the uninvited guests its all around a great facility for our community.

Finally got a new laundry. The community really needed this place. Not to crowed all new machines, ac, TV, snacks, love it.

A very humble environment. Staff will take their time to help you out with your laundry concerns and give you tips if needed so. Everyone should try i highly recommend coming here

The owner is not a friendly man!! He won’t allow you to dry your clothes if you did not wash your clothes from his shop. Any customer that’s willing to pay to dry their clothes should be allowed to do so! It’s unfortunate that I won’t be back anymore

I came in and the first thing I noticed is how clean and bright the laundromat is. The machines are new, which is easy to tell; but then I noticed that everything is overpriced. The small machines SHOULD BE around $2.00, with the superwash being $3.00; the midsizes SHOULD BE $3.00- $4.00 respectively, with the superwash being $1.00 more; and the mega machines SHOULD BE $5.00, with the superwash being $6.00. Also, why do you pay more for hot water vs. cold water. THAT makes NO sense. While I was TRYING TO fit my laundry in the larger of the midsize machines, an attendant came over to me and rudely started talking down to me, she was surprised when I gave her a rude reply in return. IF YOU WANT TO FIND OUT IF SOMEONE NEEDS HELP OR HOW YOU CAN HELP THEM, DONT TREAT THEM LIKE THEYRE A CHILD OR LIKE THEYRE STUPID AS THIS SPANISH WOMAN DID, ASK THEM, DO YOU NEED HELP? OR HOW MAY I HELP YOU? THAT INFURIATED ME, THAT SHE TREATED ME LIKE IVE NEVER DONE LAUNDRY BEFORE! THERE IS A RIGHT WAY AND A WRONG WAY TO OFFER HELP! My interaction with her was SO bad THAT WHEN I actually NEEDED help making my selection on the washing machine, I DIDNT WANT TO ask her; BUT there was no one else on duty to ask. So, I bit the bullet (as the expression goes); and BECAUSE I HAD responded APPROPRIATELY to HER rudeness, SHE DIDNT WANT TO help me. When I couldnt find anyone else to help me and she couldnt tell me who else was available, she finally decided to help me; but SHE CONTINUED being rude about it. THEN, SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK WHY I WAS BEING RUDE. I TOLD HER, IM MERELY RESPONDING TO YOUR RUDENESS. SHE needs to be retrained on HOW TO TALK TO people. The dryers dont give you enough time per quarter. MOST, NOT ALL, of the chips and candy are overpriced. However, I do like that theyre available along with icecream and beverages. I also like that its next to a dollar store and MOST importantly near a bus stop. I saw a lot of families in here, something I ALWAYS appreciate. I came in here looking for a laundromat that is less expensive than Sherwood Laundromat on Lowson and Congress in Delray Beach, FL; AND WHILE THERE WERE THINGS I LIKED, OVERALL, I WAS DISAPPOINTED. THATS THE REASON FOR MY THREE STAR RATING.

Really bad customer service, very confused on how they’re hours of operations is 7am-10pm Monday - Friday and I get there @ 8pm just to DRY CLOTHES and they tell me NOOOO‼️ Even when I’m always there and come at the same time every time . Makes no sense and they look at me like I’m crazy .
