Great experience for fingerprinting (LiveScan, real estate sales). The facilities are very convenient and clean. Its a very streamlined process and the pricing is very reasonable (especially compared to local competitors weve seen online). Sara especially was fantastic! She we courteous and worked quickly, and made sure we understood and had everything needed. Highly recommend.

I had a situation where I needed my prints done ASAP for my license renewal and I was stuck not quite sure what to do. I called explaining my situation and was told that I could come over right away. When I got there everyone was super nice and got everything done very quickly and was given the links that I needed to follow to complete.Needless to say I was very relieved and thankful. A real pleasure getting this experience.

I had my fingerprints taken for a Real Estate license, and I told them as much. I paid, the prints were taken and I waited first the DBPR to contact me.One month later no contact, and they cant find the TCN number in their system. I called DocuNow numerous times without response. I called their headquarters, but they said the branches are independent and they could not help. Then I learned that the Sheriffs office, in Florida, will do it for $10, then you send it to FDLE site for a background check for $39. And, the Sheriffs office takes priority. So, I am out the money for the initial scan and I had to do it again with a more reputable source.

Sara is the absolute best!! I was blown away with her kindness and knowledge. I highly recommend this location but more importantly, I recommend Sara!

Professional & Quick!I booked an appt. online quickly and easily. There was a lot of available even when booking the day before. It was also easy to change the appt. if needed. The office was clean and the person taking my fingerprints was friendly and accommodating when I brought my own fingerprint card in. The whole session took less than 30 minutes and it was the most affordable option I could find in the area.

This place is very unprofessional. I had an appointment with Haley at 9:00. I was waiting for a good while no one showed up. I knocked no one answered. I called the company phone number. Nobody answered. I went and seat in my car and kept calling hoping someone pick up. When she finally called me back, instead of apologizing on her end, she tried to make it see like she was here when she clearly wasn’t.I’ve been to this location before. I’m very familiar with the office. Now I will be late for work. Go somewhere else.

Had to go for a last name change for my twins. I waited a long time to do my criminal background check. TCN number was no longer available. DocuNow simply resubmitted for me! I was so grateful for the help. Will be telling everyone to go here!!! Thanks again Sarah and Elecana!!

Worse customer service, the lady is so unprofessional. They did my finger printing wrong and when I came back she was arguing with me.. so unprofessional.....

I was there earlier today for fingerprinting service, the one person in the office was nice, and so far the staff on the phone was nice,I am very concerned about my fingerprinting not going through because she tried several times and the machine was not picking up my prints on the my right hand, she tried a few but apparently my hands were too clean.She called her manager and the next appointment was already in the office waiting,I feel I was rushed out the door and although I asked to confirm that she managed to get my fingerprinting done she said yes everything was fine.my concern is that if he fingerprinting was not done correctly my license with the dbpr will not go through.I had the fingerprinting done in other states before I never had this happen to me.I will update my review to 5 Stars once the dbpr receives and approve my fingerprints,And I will update my review to 1 star if my fingerprints are rejected by the DBPR.J Rivera(UPDATE)Finally, after a very long full month waiting biting my nails, Yesterday I received testing approval from DBPR. Immediately scheduled an appointment to test and Passed my test for License.DocuNow customer service Elle, called me twice to check on my review Update during the month wait.As promised, Im updating my review from 3 stars to 5 Stars.

Im not a fan of a spot where an employee doesnt care enough about their job, and decide to mess up a customers name. For their COMPANY NAME TAG. show a little bit of respect for your job and your customers. The lady was clearly extremely unhappy to even have to show up to work.

I called in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment on the same day. I Showed up on time, knocked on the door multiple times but no answer. I tried calling and waited 25min right in front of the door but no one showed up.
