Excellent service. They took their time and did a thorough job unlike Sears That was in and out in less than an hour. These guys are a professional courteous and took over two hours making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned especially the sofa and loveseat. Can’t recommend them highly enough

I hired them to clean all the air vents in my house and do a disinfectant. Once here they showed me my ac unit was spotless and my air vents were clean and I didnt need the cleaning. Its hard to find honest service versus charging me for something I dont need so I was happy with that. They recommend a $200 disinfecting of the home and vents and I opted to do that to help w any mold mildew and bacteria to help with allergies that my girlfriend often has. There were some things to show it was a good idea to do this. I am happy I did. The workers were very professional and seemed very trustworthy. After todays experience, I will use Stanley steamer again if I need any type of cleaning.

Marvelous workmanship! Knowledgeable 2 person team arrived ready to work, and dida wonderful job taking care of our AC vents. The job was done in 2 hours w/no down time. The team was extremely good at this service and carefully protected everything around the particular vent from any residue. After the job was finished, the lead team person vacuumed up all debris that had fallen to the floor! A definite A+ job!

After order was corrected, Service Techs were good.However, home office got original order wrong. I set up date for duct cleaning. Home office put me in as carpet cleaning. I waited all day for techs to come. Then they called and said I would have to reschedule, due to their error. I asked for a reschedule and discount. They agreed.When techs arrive 2 days later, they said I had to basically triple my original estimate. Because, they couldn’t clean the ducts, if the air conditioner was not cleaned.I called the home office. They said they would discount the triple charge. I agreed. But, felt like I was a victim of the, “bait and switch,’” con.I still appreciate the techs that cleaned the ducts. But, the home office needs help in not trying to overcharge customers. Especially, while on their property.

We used Stanley Steemer for our air duct cleaning and have felt a massive positive difference overall. We were concerned about the air quality in our older home, so having Stanley Steemer come out and use their anti-allergen and Vital Oxide disinfecting spray treatment really put our minds at ease. So now not only do we feel better knowing our air is clean, we breathe better and it feels like the air conditioning works 10x better too.

The two guys who came out to my grandmothers house today were great! They explained everything in detail and did an excellent job cleaning the sectional and swivel chair. Giovanni arrived on time, went over the areas that needed to be cleaned, asked if there were any stains and then gave me a quote that matched what I was given on the phone which is refreshing as many companies want to charge you extra for anything they point out. The cleaning was outstanding, and took care of all the rooms I needed in less then an hour. Absolutely love how our carpets look today! We will definitely recommend them in our neighborhood for excellent service and reasonable price.

I had water stains on my microsuede covered recliner armrests and on my white wool rug. The tech was honest. He was not sure the recliner would be free of the stains, but he said he would try his best. Same for older stains on the rug. I was very pleased how quickly the two men worked and even more pleased at how well they cleaned both items. Stanley Steemer also beat the price of a competitor who wanted $90 more for the same job. I will used them again.

Did a great job cleaning my ducts and A/C wheel.

The services we requested and paid for was grout removal/ tile cleaning and area rug cleaning. The grout was still visible and they claimed it was stained and thats why it wasnt able to be removed. The area rug was still full of food, and dirt. The tiles were not shiny after the service. Stanley steemer is not good quality at all. Im not sure what chemicals and equipments they use but whatever they utilize does not get the job done. Overall very very poor service and quality. Im very dissatisfied!

I have used Stanley Steemer for over 25 years. They have the best machines and truly clean everything. I also use their spot cleaner on laundry and upholstery in my home. Can’t recommend that enough! My husband had some pets stains (my dog drools) and some food that spilled on the backseat of his car. Stanley steamer came and cleaned the seats and the carpeting. The service person was Great! He called me in advance and also was extremely professional and had a great attitude.

Both gentlemen were punctual, masked and very professional. They explained the procedure and asked if we had questions. They then proceeded to clean the sofa . They mopped up excess water on the floor when they finished and cautioned us is it might still be slippery. Very happy with their service! Pleasant gentlemen!!

They do good work but they try to upcharge when they arrive. The price should remain what is quoted.... I tried to use them a second time and got the same thing. The website shows a fixed price for stairs but when they arrive they again tried to upcharge me on the number of stairs. The website and their on site pricing are not the same.The store manager reached out to me and provided a discount so i have changed my rating. I would suggest calling the store and getting an accurate price.

Joseph & Eric were quite professional and did a perfect job correcting the problem I had with my UV LIGHT systems in both my air conditioners. The upstairs AC UV system was improperly installed prior to their visit and found to have installed upside down, causing the UV bulb to fall out and break. Joseph corrected the installation and replaced the UV bulb.They were great and customer friendly!

The original appointment was yesterday, Thursday 5/27 12-5. The tech showed up at 4:15pm and told me they had the wrong truck and would have to reschedule. He called the office and had me rescheduled for the next day, same time frame. The techs showed up today (the next day) at 12:15pm. They we professional, thorough, and completed work in 30ish minutes. I have no problem using them again.

Duct cleaning. Although I didn’t have a good experience the first time they came, I have to say they did an excellent job the second time. The new crew came in, explained everything they were going to do and did a great job.

Able to remove all of the dirt marks and embedded dirt from heavy traffic areas. Moved everything and left plastic squares under every part of the furniture that touched the carpet. The rug which is white now looks nearly new! Wilbert did a great job! Julio did our other apartment the day before and he also did a great job!

Hired them to clean air conditioning air ducts. The guys were professional and prompt, I have a townhouse so there wasnt much to do but vaccum and disinfect but immediately follow the job there was a noticeably difference in air quality. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys

I scheduled regular vent cleaning and they told me I had mold and my uv light wasnt working. From a quote of $200 they tried to sell me a $2600 service and I told them to leave. My air conditioning company told me they freshly cut the uv line and no mold. Dont use them. They are incompetent and crooks.

They did a great job. They cleaned out our a/c ducts beautifully. I asked if the process would leave any residue and was told no. So when they left, I went out, when I returned I found a white dust covering everything and my wife was due to be home soon. I had just told her everything was great. I was not happy to have her have to help me clean and dust the entire house.I would have like to have known ahead of time about the film from the cleaning.Other than not being told of the film, all was great and we are very happy with the result and the guys who did the work.

I called Stanley steemer to clean my vents. They have not been cleaned for 20 years and Stanley steemer when they came, said that theyre fine they dont need cleaning. Instead they worked on the mold and mildew and cleaning of my compressor. I think for what they did, the price that I was charged should have been half. I think my vents still need cleaning. Way way overcharged for the service. What they ended up doing cost me double what it would have cost to clean my dirty vents.
