I brought my 93 yr old mom twice into the dealership who had a 2019 Mercedes S450 with only 7500 miles ready to turn in her two year lease. First Salesman never took our information we told him we needed a car asap, showed him the interest was high and never counted back, we kept contacting him 👎 Then we were given to a Sales Manager who stunk as well. Told us for our lease agreement which was going to be Paid In Full for two years to Call Cadillac Leasing ourselves as they don’t put the lease together there?? What?? She is talking to a 93yr old woman?! Also we had to return our Mercedes’s ourselves they would come pick us up? What? After our first visit we chose a car, never took a deposit but let us walk giving a chance for us to change our mind! Sales 101 never let a highly potential walk! Plain Stupid! And she is a Sales Manager? Fired!! This place was a horrible experience! Story ended we bought another Mercedes .. poor sales lake of experience!

The entire experience was poor. From scheduling the appointment until taking possession of my vehicle.-Being told the fee would be $0 for new customers which didn’t seem right at first and ended up being incorrect.-Being hung up on when scheduling an appointment and never being called back.-Appointment reminders confirming the wrong location and address. I’m still getting reminders for different locations even after service was completed.-Having an appointment but waiting 45 min until my vehicle was actually brought into service.-No regard or apologies from staff as my son needed to be picked up from school and my other son having had to skip his nap because we were waiting on our cars and had no means to leave due to car seats.-Upselling everything outside of what I came in for rather than suggesting service. It was assumed I would simply move forward with the services without any consultation.-No mention of any service specials. Instead I had to find them on my own, print them out too and make sure they were applied.-Constant follow up to determine status of my vehicles.-Staff smoking as my family and I wait outside for our vehicles.-My wife stating she felt as if service and treatment would have been better if she came in designer apparel and accessories. My wife literally said she felt as if she was looked up and down from head to toe to see what she was wearing and whether she had money.-2pm appointment and didn’t leave until 4:30pm.-My battery dying the very next day and leaving me without my vehicle after I specifically came in to have it tested and according to the report it was satisfactory. I had to call another Cadillac dealership to have it replaced.The absolute worst customer service and experience I have ever had at a Cadillac dealership. Would not recommend to anyone, come back myself and definitely not purchase a vehicle from Ed Morse.I have to buy 3 new Cadillacs in the next 6-12 months so the poor first impression of Ed Morse will lead me to purchase elsewhere. Especially since service is most important after the purchase of a vehicle.Be better!

I bought a car from this dealership two months ago and I have still NOT received my out of state tag yet. I have tried repeatedly to contact the finance people who told me that I would have my tag on Aug. 9th and it is still not here. I had to make several phone calls over several days just to speak to a live person. I came from out of state to purchase this car and have not received the so called exceptional service that the Ed Morse family of dealerships prides themselves on. I will be contacting the BBB regarding my complaints.

The day of purchase everything went pretty smooth. I was so happy with my new car. However, about a month later my car started showing years of sun damage on the hood of the car. It seems like they have some spray to cover paint imperfections because they were very visible after about a month. They should have told me that the suv hood damage instead of covering it up.

If you are buying a Cadillac in south Florida, make sure you use Mike Zembruski as your salesman and George as your finance man. They take the torture out of the process and get you the best deal possible. Pleasant no BS guys who make it fun. Which is something I never experienced at BMW or Mercedes. My car is a rocket ship. Love it.

I needed to trade in my car and I decided I wanted to start leasing, so BEFORE going into the dealership I called to ask ALL of my questions. I spoke to Richard and explained my trade in, price range, and the vehicle I was interested in. Richard advised me that they had a vehicle in my price range to lease, and to come in on Saturday. I was called a day before and told that the vehicle I was interested in leasing sold, however they had several other vehicles that type. I said ok. I came in on Saturday with my dad and was shown the cars that matched the description of the original vehicle. After looking around, test driving, and re-discussing my price range, I was told they actually cannot accommodate my price range. They then decided to send in a second individual covered in tattoos who sat back, relaxed as could be, and told me I basically couldn’t afford a Cadillac based off the information I had provided & I should take my trade in to Carmax.Ofcourse we left at that point and drove over to Mazda where I got a 2022 CX-5 and my dad impulsively purchased a 2021 Mazda Miata.We could of afforded ANY CAR at Cadillac but believe me when I say we will NEVER go back.

My wife had a locking issue with the rear passenger door of her Escalade prohibiting it from closing and she reached out to her Service advisor, David who then dispatched a service technician, Terry to come all the way to our home in Palm Beach Gardens. The worst dealership and staff in entire state of Florida. I turned my lease in a month early and it still has not been reported. I have been charged late fees and my credit was decreased due to their lack of intelligence and irresponsibility of reporting to GM Financial that I turned the car in a month ago. I have called almost 17 times now and keep getting transferred to voicemails only. Left several messages for a manager names Samantha who lacks the ability to manage and did not return my calls until days letter with the most ignorant tone and lack of concern that they did not report the car returned. Not to mention each time I brought the car in for service there was always an issue with them breaking the glove box and failing to complete an oil change without having to return numerous times with issues or leaks caused by their service department on a brand new car lease. Save your money and time and go somewhere else for a car.

Ed Morse Cadillac made the process of buying out a vehicle (that was originally leased at their agency) at the end of our lease, ridiculously difficult. I had been in touch with no fewer than 4 people with titles such as VIP Concierge, VIP Sales Manager, and Business Manager, to get the information on how to proceed with the purchase. My emails were ignored, my phone calls were not returned, and the so called Business Manager actually hung up on me. It took over a month, before we were finally given the right information and purchased the car. If circumstances had been different, I would never had done business with them in the first place.

Worst service department. I’m now back to get my sunroof fixed for the 3rd time. Let’s see if they can finally fix it. Last time I had an electrical problem it took 3 times also. If you have plenty of time to spare and like hanging around a car dealership-this is the place. If you want luxury and good service-I would recommend going elsewhere.

Purchased a Yukon XL from the ED Morse Toyota dealership right down the way and a week later I was needing service. They suggested the Cadillac division of Ed Morse would be able to help me better with my servicing issues. Well, I have to say they were right! Now, I did have a lot of issues with my newly purchased vehicle but David in the Service Department reassured me that they would do the best to make sure they took care of it and if it reoccurred which it did they were ready to jump in head first to get to the bottom of it. I dont live around the corner but I will definitely drive to Delray any time I need assistance with my vehicle. David was accountable, empathetic, and had great customer service. He is truly an asset to the Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Beach dealership!

This was one if not the best and easiest service I ever received at a car dealership. First time at this dealership. As a snowbird, I was planning on driving back north 2 days later when the change engine oil soon sign came on. I called late in the afternoon for an oil change and got an appointment for the next day in the morning. They also had a part available to fix a recall (that the dealership in the north did not have) and they provided a loaner car for the day. Last but not least the very nice representative Jeff kept me updated throughout the day. Will definitely return in the future when we have relocated to Delray Beach.

We looked for cars for over a week. It is not an easy process with so many to choose from ... including companies, styles, makes and models. We went to Audi, Lincoln, Volvo and Ed Morse.We test drove many different SUVs at all these dealerships and listened to all the sales pitches given us including many text messages after we left the dealership.We walked into Ed Morse and saw the XT4 and that was love at first sight. Our salesperson Paul Betteridge did everything with regard to our time and general respect of us as a buyer to explain and make a good deal for us. The finance manager was quick, the General Manager came in and introduced himself. We felt no pressure with the car to purchase and we were able to make the best deal with them. Truly an amazing experience

I spent over 6 months and several dealerships looking for my new car. Honestly, I wasn’t even going to consider the Cadillac. I was just a few days away from choosing another vehicle. The treatment we received while at the dealership, the patience and the respect, were noticed instantly. We ended up custom ordering and the dealership called us right when the car arrived and they were able to turn it over and the deal was done in just a few hours. No BS. They has the exact Mercedes I had been looking for. I was told to go to CarMax and have my trade appraised, so I did and it was $9500.00. I was told they would match CarMax offer for $9500.00. When I got into the finance office it was only $9000 so be it. I was also told there was a second key by Shanna and there was not,. The Mercedes needs a new sensor and they said they would let me know when I could go back to have it fixed. Kevin and Shanna went above and beyond, all in all was a great deal for me and def would go back to work with Kevin and Charlie.Ed Morse are lucky to have these guys!!

People here are generally nice. However, my service experience has not been great. Albeit, to their credit, they have generally made an effort to amend the situation.In late December 2016 I got into a car accident, and brought my car to their bodyshop for service, but I was displeased with the experience (though they did make amends afterwards). Initially, I was told my car would be ready by 1/13/17 or 1/16/17, which though very long, I was okay with. For several reasons, my car kept being delayed and was not ready until approximately 2/17/17, or one month after I was told it would be ready. When I went to pick up my car, the inside was extremely dirty, with residue from the bodyshop, and my seats were stained black (due to bodymen/mechanics sitting on the seats - inside pictures).Ive recently (08/20/2017) taken my car there for service, after having washed my car on the outside one day prior to taking it in, and this is the (outside picture) how my car was returned. Overall not very satisfied with service, and I sometimes feel that they try to sell services that are not required (though I have not confirmed this).

Yesterday late afternoon we were on our way to pick up our son from work and decided to stop by to see in person the inside of the Escalade since Im in the process of choosing a vehicle for myself this time, done now with the business of driving around babies first, then kids and the worse the teenagers and all their friends this time the vehicle wont have to be practical or resiliant it just needs to be comfortable for me! Upon arrival we are welcomed by Tarek who quickly points out they are closing in 10 minutes which was not a problem at all since we were in a hurry anyways and really just wanted to take a quick look at the interior of the one vehicles and just allow me to see if it is what Im envisioning for myself, we had stopped earlier to see the Subaru ascent and the Lincoln navigator (both very pleasant experiences I may add) , things sort of went downhill from there, we proceeded to tell this gentleman Mr. Tarek what we were interested in seeing and he got a very nice Gentleman Mr. Gregory to bring a vehicle so we could see the interior, now is when the questioning began to sound very condescending and patronizing as Mr. Tarek decides to make sure we understand this is a luxury vehicle, a high end product asking us if we were aware of the price difference between this vehicle and the Toyota or Honda and talks to us as of indicating we probably cant afford to buy it, we were still trying to be nice and proceeded to explain that even though we were driving our rav4 we are familiar with the higher end vehicles and also own a Yukon xl and my husband drove until recently a Platinum Ford Explorer, but somehow he still felt the need to continue to talk to us as we were probably in the wrong place, your saving grace as a business were an older sales gentleman (that unfortunately I didnt catch his name) and Mr. Gregory who were very nice and willing to help. Thankfully we wont have to deal with Mr. Tarek ever again since we wouldnt need any assistance with financing and our understanding is that financing is his area of expertise, is just sad that in this day and age a person with a degree in business will carry themselves that way as to make a potential customer feel so uncomfortable. I hope this review is seeing by someone in upper management or the owner since truly this encounter was so uncomfortable that made me write my first negative review ever! I tend to be a very patient person and have had a long medical career that makes me somehow more forgiven and less likely to react to rudeness my husband who was with me at the moment is a recently retired police Captain and an individual with amazing self control, the two gentleman that helped us didnt deserve to end their day witnessing a confrontation and Im glad we were able to walk away without making things more awkward my honest hope is that this is not the way that Mr. Tarek conducts business in general and that the administration is not aligned with the same views as to think that all individuals that seek to purchase a vehicle there should fit a certain profile, some of us have manage to make a good living without the need to be flashy, snobbish or arrogant some people want to drive a Cadillac for their own comfort and not for the need to flaunt. I belive I have the right to shop around and make sure I get the vehicle I want and I will work with businesses that respect me as a costumer but more so as an individual

Very, very professional, kind and timely. I stayed and waited for my car in a COVID safe environment. Time was exactly what they said it would be. My car was returned beautifully. The rep actually took care of a big scratch before taking my car in. He used a fluid that helped remove 80% of the scratch. I was so happy. My husband and I tried to remove it and we could not. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tony Catalfo was friendly and very knowledgeable. Tony really listened to my wants and needs and treated me like a friend and not just like a sale. It was evident in his every demeanor in how he dealt with me. Tony went above and beyond to find me the car and the deal to make me feel comfortable in making the purchase concerning I was not close to home. I never felt any pressure or discomfort which is very important especially for a woman. Tony found the car, in the color with just the options I wanted at another location and was able to make it all happen within just one day for my convenience. Once the car arrived he had it cleaned and when over each function to make sure I was comfortable driving off for over an hour drive home for the first time. Chris Walker, the finance gentleman was also very friendly with no pressure and just stepped me through the options I have and worked out the best rate and payment. A few days ago I came in to Ed Morse to trade in my Escalade for newer one. I had a wonderful experience with Louis. Normally, I dont spend more than two hours at dealerships because my patience is thin. However, Louis listened to my wants and concerns and he put me in a vehicle that I was very pleased with. I had a two-day window before I had to go out of town and Louis made it happen quickly. He wasnt pushy and there were no hidden agendas. I purchased a CT5 over the weekend from Louis and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! As a woman, I never know what my experience is going to consist of but Louis made my entire visit start to finish, effortless. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted, he listened and accommodated everything professionally. This is the sixth Cadillac I’ve had and plan to purchase them through Ed Morse in Delray going forward thanks to him. Charles took care of the financial aspect of my transaction, which was seamless. Both Louis and Charles are an asset to this dealership and I highly recommend you stoping in and asking for them!

I have to say that they have the BEST customer service in the service department than any other place I have ever been. There has not been one time that I wasnt treated like a queen and they ALWAYS do what they say and say what they do. I NEVER have had a bad experience, when I need an oil change to any warranty issues, they ALWAYS take the best care of me and always give me a loaner so I dont have to wait longer than an oil change if I have to leave it. I commend them on how they operate.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Ed Morse Cadillac. My sales professional Nelson was professional, personable and informative. I test drove two models. Nelson explained the differences between the models and the performance capabilities. Once I made a purchase decision. He assisted in the process working with the sales and finance managers. Nelson also explained warranty, service and loaner information prior to the purchase. Very patient in explaining my new vehicle features prior to my departure. I Loved the fact that the vehicle that I bought was in like new condition. The process did take a bit of time but that was only because my sales guy (Mac) was helping other customers as well. Overall it was a GREAT buying experience and I LOVE my Cadillac! Nothing better..

I have been there a couple times since I bought my vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle from another dealership that is more than 45 minutes from my home, but they have never treated me less than someone that bought from them. Ive dealt with Marta and Dave, and both of them are simply amazing.Their customer service is heads and tails above any other dealership and even a lot of businesses Ive been to since moving down here. As a customer, I feel they value and respect me.

To be completely transparent, my first interaction with Ed Morse Cadillac Delray Beach wasn’t a great experience. I decided to give Edmore his Cadillac Delray Beach another chance. I came into the dealership and worked with Tony who truly made my experience wonderful. I really liked speaking with Jordan the sales manager as well because he really went above and beyond to try to make the deal comfortable for me. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I highly recommend stopping by Ed Morse Cadillac Delray. I had a wonderful experience with Tony and the sales manager Jordan. I felt extremely comfortable speaking with the both of them and I felt that there was complete transparency during the entire process. Had to bring Im my car 3/4 times for a wheel alignment that cost 149.00. I asked for a 50.00 credit back to my AmEx a d had to go to the GM of the store and suggest I contact corporate over the 50.00 and only after that did the store auth the 50.00 refund. Do NOT get alignments here. Also slot of the techs are very young technicians. Warranty work is one thing; should not have to visit a store for a wheel alignment more than once. Ed Morse Toyota got my Tundra Wheel Alignment right the first time.

Everytime I bring my car in for servicing I am treated exceptionally well with professionalism and honesty. If there are discount opportunities available the agent lets me know. I have never been asked to make unexpected repairs and I feel that the repairs have been honest and necessary. These folks do an exceptional job.
