I cannot say enough about Richwagen’s bike shop for all your bike needs! We purchased two beautiful bikes for our daughters and received so many compliments on the unique style and quality. We have also taken our older bikes here for a tune-up and their turn around time and customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend checking them out!

I recently ( about 5 weeks ago) bought a very nice Bicycle. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledeable. The man who delivered the Bike to my house spent several minutes making some simple adjustments to the bike which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend Richwagen’s!

Really disappointed with this place. I called several times over the last 3 days and no answer. I finally walk over 2 miles in attempt to rent a bike for the day. After arriving the lady tells me they only do weekly rentals.. no mention of this on the website or any online outlets. They have dozens of bikes outside and inside ready to be used but you can only rent it for a weekly rate which is $60 a day and a $500 authorization on your credit card... not only are these prices ridiculous but they also don’t pick up the phone and don’t update their website. I am better off going to Walmart buying a bike and returning it 3 days later. Or just rent a car lol

Richwagen’s is great!! My wife and I rented bikes for a month. They have a huge selection, they fit you to their bike, they inspect it before you rent, the give you a helmet, lock, and basket. Their bikes are in great shape & whatever type of bike you are looking for, they will have it. We will definitely rent from them next year. And the staff is very nice & knowledgeable!

Might be some of the nicest people in the biking industry. I was actually helped when the chain fell off of my bike by just one of Richwagens vans passing by. The fact that I was helped on the side of Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach just because someone felt like helping me when I was in need just shows how much faith and respect this bike store has in its community. I will always be visiting Richwagens for my biking needs whenever I am in Delray. Tremendous prices with a business run by very honorable people!

Just walked in here with a flat. Said they couldnt do it till Tuesday (its saturday). No customers in there. Not the kind of bike shop i am used to. Never ever going back.

Over priced. Charged me extra for a tuneup instead of calling me ahead of time to check if I wanted new tubes. When I went to pick up, had to wait and bill was double what they quoted me. I had no choice but to pay, they helped me put in the tricycle in my suv backwards. Per store policy has to be loaded in that way. I told them thats not how we brought it but ok. They loaded it that way then my trunk didnt close he was going to tie down with a bungie cord, some nice lady offered he said no I will put a rope. How cheap & poor move instead of accepting the kind gesture. My mom wanted bike put in right way and owner insisted he was right and had my elderly mother and I load the tricycle. Will never be back. I have a hybrid bike and bike scene friends I could have referred business to...now NO way. Terrible experience. Remember, customer is king. What a shame, I had high hopes.

Liz and the whole team we’re great here. I rented for two weeks (very good well maintained bikes) and bought a new one on their recommendation and love it. The kickstand broke and they got the manufacturer to replace it free of charge. Just had it serviced and everything was handled flawlessly. Great place with great people.

Quoted one price, put on a piece I didn’t agree to and charged another at pick up. Didn’t check the reviews ahead of time. Beware he seems to do this often. Scam.

Even through this quarantine they are open but closed. I bought a bike with them, did the transaction over the phone and they left the bike out for me to pick up with a code, so it was safe. They still do repairs, rent and sell...again all with quarantine guidelines so it is safe! They are very responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend them!

Great service great price

There tech team is very poor and there prices are over priced. I had a factory shifter mailed to my home and paid for a install at this bike shop. The bike shop installed the new shifter, threw away my old shifter and told me the bike was ready to go. The new shifter on the bike does not even work and they did not even attempt to fix the old shifter. They did not offer a refund and informed me that the shifter is not a good quality and I should buy a new one. (Side note I have 3 other bikes with the shifter on those bike working properly and no problems in the past 3 years with my other bikes).

We are very happy with the service from Richwagens. The work was done perfectly and the bike was wiped down before returning it. We will use them again.

Truly horrible experienceI wanted to rent a e-bike, as I’ve done this many times , as I travel and cannot take my e-bike all over the country... was told I need to put. $3000- charge on my credit card and it would be refunded if I returned the bike undamaged... maybe? At $60- for 2 hour rental seemed expensive but I was willing to spend it, not $3000- I’m careful giving my credit card out anyway, so I passed on thisWhen I said with this exorbitant FEE I bet you don’t rent many E-bikes, she said your right we don’t. Easy process to rent an electric bike! The bike (Electra Townie) was easy to ride, quick, and made riding into the wind a non-issue. Dominic was helpful and directions to ride north on A1A to avoid traffic and have best scenery worked out great.

I have done business here with several bikes and they are always friendly, dependable and fair. As for me and my family... this our only bike store. Thank you!

I was referred to this Bike Shop from the Trek store. They had the exact bike that I was looking for and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. This is a top notch place to rent bikes! The staff is exceptional, in particular Doug Wotton. He explained everything about our rentals and answered all of our questions in a very pleasant and expert manner. The bikes were super comfortable, worked perfectly, and made for a great days ride. We plan to return on every future trip to Delray Beach!

Customer service was okay, got a negative vibe mostly. The repairs was over priced. I was better off buying a bike for $100 rather than spending $400 on repairs..

My experience was horrible at this place , there was a disgruntled old woman working there who harassed my kids from the moment we got there. We were there with the purpose of purchasing 2 bikes and helmets for my children . She was rude and completely insensitive with no patience for children . Instead of coming to me with concerns she took it upon her self to scold my children for just touching the tires of bicycles they where excited for being at the store and buying a bike.Horrible Horrible Horrible placeApparently if you are there to buy a bike just don’t bring your children or put them on a leach .

For the past few visits the atmosphere at Richwagen’s was different, the employees greeted me with a smile and were very helpful, there was a positive atmosphere. When I went in last week the negativity was back, the employees looked downtrodden, scared to speak up. It was then that I realized their hesitation… the blond girl is back. Customer service is nonexistent with this blond girl, never a smile or hello, you’re fortunate if she acknowledges you. Not sure why she is back, but it is reflected down to the employees and onto the customers. Sad.

Called a week before our trip for a week rental of 2 road bikes w/ SPD pedals. Lisa was there at checkout and return and very helpful and friendly. The bikes were in great shape mechanically, included multi-tool, flat repair stuff, water bottle, and the rates were great.I was a bit concerned seeing a couple of the other reviews but my experience was great and would absolutely go back. In my 2 times in the shop I can see where they get ebbs and flows of anxious tourists as the shop can go from empty to 10 customers in 2 minutes.

Great family owned bike shop with a lot of community spirit.

My experience with them was excellent. My rear wheel spokes kept breaking on my Schwin Voyageur. After taking it to several local bike shops for repairs that did not solve the problem I took it to Richwagens. They ordered a new wheel with stronger spokes and I have never had a problem since. Later on I purchased a seat they recommended to replace the inferior one that a I purchased from another bike shop. It was an excellent choice. They said to try it out and if it didnt work to bring it back.

Id been there twice to have my eight year old bike maintained. When my bottom bracket became loose I decided to ask a local competitor what it would cost to have my bicycle repaired and the estimate was three times as much and I was told that it would take three days. I went to Richwagens and not only was my bike repaired in two hours but I wasnt sold a new and unecessary bottom bracket. Rather my original bottom bracket was cleaned, lubricated and my gears were reset. He also tightened up my breaks. All for twenty one dollars.Thank Dominick! You Rock!

They did 80 dollars worth of repeairs for the entire bike for only 20 dollars ! Great people working there reliable friendly service. He only had to look at the bike and could immediately tell what to do to make my ride on my bike more swift .

I was stranded on the road today with the wrong part to fix my bike. This is my first experience with Richwagens. Both of the employees involved at the store and especially the person that came to assist me were great! As of today I am switching shops and this will be my new bike store.

Bought bike here years ago and come back for fantastic service. I recommend them highly Joe and Doug took great care of me and explained everything they did.

I bought a bunch of gear, then decided I needed more and to return one item. A call to the owner resulted in a 15% restocking fee for an unopened item that simply hangs on a rack on the counter. The girl helping had a look on her face of embarrassment, but hes the one who should be embarrassed. I liked the mechanic, but the owner could use an attitude adjustment. I now take my business elsewhere.

They had very little interest in helping me since I didnt want what they had on the show room.

Went there to get front breaks tightened up. Lisa told me thats what happens when you buy a bike from walmart I should of spent more money and I wouldnt have this problem. Worker came outside to help me and she said dont help him theres a shop minimum thats how we make our money. Was going to buy a lock, decided I rather die of aids before I spent a nickel there. Come to think of it. I was gonna spend 30$ on a lock and I would of spent 10$ just to tightening the handle bars and breaks. Hey Lisa, I wouldnt even tell you to be nicer next time. You just shouldnt talk at all. Youll probably make more money that way.

Great shop! Joseph hooked me up with the perfect bike.

We had a disaster when we tried to rent bikes for our guests for the weekend. Literally, the bikes never showed up on Sat. Then , when we called the next day they were closed. On Monday, it was excuse after excuse about how their driver quit. Really hard to believe they are closed on the weekend as that would seem to be the day tourists would like to return the bike when they head out of town. Not thinking out of the box.

Brought in a run of the mill Huffy bike for a tune up and was insulted multiple times by the staff for having a “Walmart” bike. When we returned home with the bike, we noticed that it was missing a tire cap making the bike unridable until it’s replaced

How can a serious business be closed in the summer on Sundays and Mondays, and have very short hours on Tues-Saturday??? This is really ridiculous for visitors who usually arrive on the weekend and want to rent bikes for an entire week. So disappointed....
