I had to take my car to a repair shop to be worked on. Hertz delivered my rental car to me at the shop and allowed me to drive off from there. When the repairs were done and I picked up my car Hertz allowed me to leave the car at the shop and picked up the rental car later. Very convenient and very friendly staff.

Sitting in the parking lot while the spouse went looking for the actual rental car place because they have no actual signs pointing out their direction. Plenty of people outside but nobody greets us to help.

I rented a car with them while mine was in the shop getting repaired. The cost was covered by my insurance, but a day later there was a charge for gas on my card because the tank was at 7/8 of a tank when it was returned even though I filled it up 10 minutes before dropping it off. The vehicle also had low air pressure in the tires when I picked it up so I had to deal the annoying light during my rental period. Otherwise service is friendly and quick. It is located inside the Toyota dealership with no signs that I saw so it can be hard to find. I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible experience. They double booked my appointment time after I specifically told them i had two kids and needed a specific time. The rental they gave me a half full tank of gas and i told them about it and said it was noted on the paperwork but then charged me their outrageous costs when i returned it at the same level they gave to me saying i needed to return it full. Multiple phone calls and no one called me back. I would not recommend this place unless you want unreliable service that takes forever and shady business practices.

I have rented from this location a couple of times. I have never had a bad experience. I appreciate how they have accomodated me several times with a car on short notice.

Horrible horrible customer service. They had my wife in tears. I had to go into the location and set the last guy straight. These people are garbage and if youre not dressed in expensive clothes, theyll treat you like the piece of trash that they perceive you to be.

Came her with fiancée to pick up her car which she reserved online. Staff very unfriendly. Was told someone would be right with us and then heard female staff member tell someone else she wasnt busy at all and could help them right away. Probably the most unprofessional and unorganized staff Ive ever seen. Car wasnt even ready despite a reservation. And now they cant even find the car they left to go clean. I keep waiting for someone to come out and say youre on some prank show. Never again will we come here. The person who was a walk in after we got here miraculously got a car from these people before their customers who took time to make a reservation! The staff is completely inept in their jobs

Horrible customer service. Would not be giving them a star but I had to do a review. Most people rent cars because something has happened to their car, in my case this was exactly why I was renting from them. Very difficult to work around my schedule of two jobs, so I very much so need a car, and they were not helpful in the least. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible customer service. I walked into the office and a woman was on the phone so I waited politely and amber I believe her name was great. It appeared she may have been in training still. Matt came into the office out of no where and sat down at his computer very aggravated. Started telling amber what do and rudely. Then the two of them began discussing another customer in front of me. The whole time Matt still appeared to be very agitated. Matt walked me out to the car to check the rental car I was turning in due to a flat tire.. I asked him if I could get my stuff into the new rental.. Matt locked the car prior to me getting all my objects out of the previous rental car and went back into the building. I walked in several minutes behind him irritated at this point and sat back at ambers desk. Another gentleman joined he office and Matt and him began bitching because they werent invited to what appeared to be someones retirement party occurring outside the rental office. Anytime I asked a question Matt answered in a irritated deminor. All over disappointed in the customer service I received from this location and so glad I wont be returning for any reason.
