Went in to empty salon took me right back. Asked for shampoo cut and style. When explaining that I wanted the style I wanted I thought she understood. However, she cut it and then gave me bangs which I did not ask for. I am not sure if it is part of styling but did not blowdry my hair. She then said you can style the back by using mousse. I am sorry but I dont think I am going back there again.

I came here in August bc my favorite stylist works here. When I got here, I was told she was out on leave. I really wanted my hair done for my birthday. I asked for the most experienced person and was pointed to Eva. I showed her a number of photos of ME and my hair color I wanted back. Its a chunky highlight of dark and light contrast. I ask her if she feels she can accomplish the look I wanted, and told her if she felt she couldnt, thats fine bc many people have said they could and didnt. Then I find myself back in the salon the next day all day getting it fixed. Id rather just not. Eva ensured me she could do it.I ended up with a consistent color throughout, hunny brown, standard weive that cost me almost $200.I thanked her, no point in saying much bc I knew better. I should have waited for Nichole...I had an appt today after work with who I though was Nichole. I drove 34 miles one way. Nichole is not back till November apparently. So, me, having drove all this way ask how much it would cost to put dark highlights back into my hair, and now probably blonde too, since Im a honey brown color all over.Eva quotes me $170 something. For highlights?? I know highlights can be purchased in numbers. She gives me a new quote for $40-60 for 15 highlights. Very different # from her first quote. She just got me for $200!!!And really, Im trying to STILL get the look I wanted that I didnt get from the last time Eva did my hair. So Im paying to get what I want put in my hair and shes trying to charge me an arm and a leg. I should have complained at the last appt. and came back the whole next day. Gerr.I get the pricing figured out, and say okay. Then Eva tells me, at 2:45pm, on Friday that she does not have time to add the dark chunky highlights to my hair (that should have been there in the 1st place.) The salon was not busy. I drove a long way.She offers me another day. I ask when Nichole will be back. Im told November 1st. I ask to schedule on that day.(Just like I did when I scheduled over the phone for todays appt...no Nichole.) Im told I cant schedule bc her schedule isnt in the computer yet. Everything I tried, shot down and not at all any way helpful.Nichole has been my hair stylist for over 9 years. She should know for me to post, says a lot about Eva.At least I got my glasses back. Hope to see Nichole soon.

Got a great cut at a fair price, which is more than I can say for many of the salons in Delaware. Id avoided chain salons for years and just stumbled in on Saturday, was in and out quick with a cut Im STILL getting compliments on!

Eva cut my hair and absolutely butchered it. I was literally in tears after. I had shoulder length hair and left with hair just below my ears. I did not want that much cut off and you could see every single cut line! She didnt dry it in the salon, so I didnt realize how bad it was until I got home and blow dried it and straightened it myself. I paid $44 (for a hair cut and a conditioning treatment). I ended up going back and the manager was able to fix it by getting the cut lines out, but my hair is still WAY shorter than I wanted it to be. It would have been nice if I would have gotten a refund for my hair cut, but that wasnt even offered to me.I have been going to this salon (when it was first choice) for probably about 15 years. I also converted my husband to go from his previous long time barber. Generally we have been happy with the services, it seems like this location has better stylists than your typical chain hair salon, but Im not so sure we will be back now.

I had a very friendly stylist and the price for a mans haircut was reasonable.

My family typically goes here for cheap haircuts, but never again after our last experience. I understand that you get what you pay for and the quality is a little less that other places, but for the price I’m okay with a subpar cut; however our last experience was the determining factor that we will never return. She was mean to my 4 year old. She kept scolding him to “hold still” when he wasn’t even moving. She kept removing her mask because “it was so hot” and then told me to “blow the loose hairs off his face”. She then got on his level and said “next time you have to hold still”, almost insinuating that it was his fault she gave a bad cut. My son’s haircut is by far the worst he’s ever had and I attempted to even out the front portion because I was so embarrassed for him. She was rude to my husband during his cut afterwards as well.

My mother whom is 86 and has severe anxiety went to Super Cuts on Sunbury road in Delaware Ohio on Saturday Oct 31 her appointment was on time actually a few minutes early, Eva her stylist made her feel very comfortable and did an excellent job of cuting and styling moms hair❤ She was very friendly and professional. Mom is still raving about her hair telling all the ladies in our apt building go to supercuts and get Eva to do your hair❤Thank You Eva your the best❤

Cut way too much of my sons hair off, even though she was asked to keep it a certain length. He cried all night and getting him to go to school today was nearly impossible

Recieved a haircut here a week and a half ago and since then have had ringworm show up on my neck. Im an overly clean person and it takes 10-14 days for ringworm to show up so I highly doubt it came from anywhere else. I use to get hair cuts here all the time when it was first choice but I wont be coming back anymore.

We went as a walk in and only waited 15 to 20 minutes. The stylist was very patient with my son and I while we tried to explain how he wanted his hair cut. We were both pleased with her work. She asked him questions, checking with him periodically about the length he wanted. When he said he wanted it a little shorter she did not get impatient. She did a great job and we will definitely return.

Sue is the best! She is always so friendly and personable!! She carries herself with the utmost degree of professionalism at all times but not “stuffy” in the process. She always provides me with a consistent cut every time and that could be difficult for some as I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I would suggest you go and see Sue if you want the best!!!

After a lousy experience at the Supercuts in Marion, Ohio.. I came to the Supercuts in Delaware, Ohio. I received much better service, a friendly stylist and a great haircut. Thanks again to this location for being awesome! 😎

My 5yr old son and I have both been getting our haircuts here since he started getting his haircut(he had his first haircut here!!🤗) and they have ALWAYS done an EXCELLENT job both professionally AND personally!!! I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment!!

Went in for a hair cut on Saturday 7/20. A girl said loudly be right with you. 5 minutes later still no one came out I left. I will never go back to the Delaware Sunbury road location. Not the first negative experience I’ve had here

If I could do 0 stars I would. I had asked for a short biz in back with longer on top with long angled bangs. Even showed her a picture of what I wanted... she cut my bangs way to short, I had a line across the back where two inches from my neck was super short and above the line longer, and to top it off there was a 1 in wide line framing my hairline behind my left ear where she buzzed that part way shorter then the rest of my hair! Best part is when I went back the next day and she acted like she did nothing wrong and didn’t see the very noticeable 1 in stripe on my head and also insinuated that it’s how I had said I wanted my hair!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! What kind of hair stylist can’t do a basic men’s fade!!!!! I now have a mans haircut instead of a feminine pixie cut

I have been going to first choice several times over the past year and been satisfied with the results. The staff was friendly and they have pretty good pricing. I liked the one lady who does my eyebrows because she normally does a good job. Yesterday, they paired me with a lady I never seen at the shop before. Man this lady cannot do hair or eyebrows. She made me look like I been to war and back. My hair, I do not know what she was trying to achieve but it looks like crap. She cut my hair in layers but, some pieces of my hair is longer than other pieces in the same layer. I thought it is supposed to be uniformed. She did a close cut around my edges like she was having seizures. I am so embrassed about my hair, I want to wear a hat or a wig until it grows back. My eyebrows looked like something I would had done. Both sides are obviously uneven. One side looked like too much hair was taken off. No wonder she did not let me look at the mirror before raising me up to do other services. I felt like she had some issue with me to do me this bad. I had my share of bad haircuts but, this topped them all. I would like to continue my business with this company but, not if I have to work with her.

Only giving one star because zero stars isnt a option. I went in to get my hair cut for a funeral and I will say it was long like 13 inches long. Well I told the lady I wanted A SHORT FADE. She asks me a bunch of questions about how I want it and what size guards. You tell me what place that cuts guys and little bits hair doesnt know what a fade is. So she buzzed all my hair off and when I asked her what she was doing and why was she doing that the other lady in the building came over and was very rude right off saying I was yelling and being rude all I said was you are giving me a terrible hair cut. Well they said.i could leave so I did. My hair cut was not right or finished and I plan on talking to the owner

This was the worst place I have ever been. I will be forced to go there again by my parents but I asked the lady for a trim and she buzzed the top of my head she did the side ok but overall this place was terrible. Don’t come here unless you want your haircut to look like a bowl.
