In Cleveland on vacation with my family, my can breaks down because of a starter that goes bad after less than 3 months of being replaced. More than 150 miles away, and Alan’s response to me is ‘Well if you can get it back down to me, we’ll fix it.’ I can get the starter replaced for cheaper than it would cost to tow it back home! A lot of good that warranty is.
