Efficient. Personnel seem quite knowledgeable. We have had our taxes done with Claudia now for a few years; we like her and trust her to do the best for us.

Incorrectly filed my out of state income taxes. I was asked to come into the office twice to fix the issue and I finally paid the $50 fee because it wasn’t worth my time. Overall, I’m not impressed.

Do NOT use them! If there’s a problem They will NOT help you! Very rude and I Should have gotten her name. Now I have to go somewhere else to figure out my issues on something that should have been simple for them. Definitely use someone else

If I could I would put 0 stars because this place is the worst. They did my taxes wrong and after I went to a different H&R Block they were corrected. This place also over charged me and after going to try to speak to them they did nothing to help because first they said they didnt do anything wrong, then that they could no longer do refund for last years returns, and finally they just said they werent going to do anything to fix their mistake. They couldve done so much so they couldve done my return correct the first time but all they care about was charging me as much as they could. They changed me from being able to have a free 1040 EZ to making making it a 1040 just so they could charge me more. I will be going to the other H&R Block that didnt return but will never go to this one again.

Unreasonably Overpriced! Every year for the past 4 years in Dover, DE, we have paid about $194 to have our taxes done. This year in Del Rio,TX, we paid $424 for the exact same service. This location charges SEVERAL extra fees due to greed alone. We will NEVER come back to this location. TurboTax, here I come.

Pricing is extremely high. This reflects no way on Rita, she doesnt control the pricing. It seems franchising of H&R Block is not at all a benefit to the customer.
