Not booked for a reason. They had a roach crawling by the cash register. They rushed the service like if quantity is more important than quality. Did not clean my nails at all, at all. Water was not even warm, it was cold. I had to remind the nail specialist to apply a transparent base before the nail polish, said she didn’t remembered to apply it for some reason. I had to get a real pedicure when I arrived home two days after. Worst pedi and mani of my life. Don’t use this parlor. Really bad experience, felt I paid $70 for nothing. My nails looked bumpy and unkept / like if I only removed the old nail polish and apply new one. No nail shape, no filing not cleaning, disaster. If you have to remind your specialist how to do their job, something is not right. Left only $4 dollars tip, should not have left anything at all.

My first sign should have been that they were the only place in town that wasn’t booked & could take a walk-in. I’ve visiting from out of town and needed a pedicure so I thought I would give them a try since many years ago they were great. What a disappointment, not only was the place filthy but the girl said “ I always hope we get no customers because I just want to relax” . My pedicure took 15min from beginning to end. I chose the package that included a scrub, mask, and massage …. I got no massage and she said the scrub and mask were all in one and no cuticle care or nail shaping. Then the color I picked she said she didn’t like and was going to throw it out so she then handed me a color swatch and she judged the bright color I chose as well. When I mentioned that I didn’t receive anything of what I had paid for she mumble something I couldn’t understand… needless to say all of this explains why they were the ONLY place with availability… now I’m just hoping I don’t get any germs from the place.

Walking into this place I should’ve known I’d regret it. My daughter was so set on getting her nails done and everywhere else I tried was booked. First he told us he had time and sat us down(had to brush off ants). He then went outside to take a smoke break. Came back inside and didn’t even wash his hands(they looked filthy). There were roaches crawling around and the place looked like they hadn’t cleaned it since before the pandemic. He did not paint my daughters nails the color she wanted and only painted half of her nails. Needless to say I washed her hands good and sanitized right after. Worst experience ever!!

It’s been two days since I went and got my acrylic nails they are chipping because he got the acrylic all over my skin he was drinking while doing them and he stopped every 5 minutes to smoke a cigarette and for the price? For one color and the way he did them is just a big NO I recommend Solar nails

The gentle man that worked or owns the business was very rude was drinking alcohol while on duty and when i told him he was filling my nails to hard and my fingers were numb he told me he wouldn’t do my nails with an ugly attitude .......

Called on Wed to make an appointment to have my nails and my daughters nails done for Sunday at 12:30. The lady confirmed the time and date on the phone with me. Went Sunday to get our nails done and they are closed.. Peeked thru the window and there was a sign on the chair that said CLOSED Sat and Sun. Why make the appt???

I walked in and had a basic pedicure and was treated like royalty. Sonja did an amazing and VERY meticulous job on my feet. She really took her time to get my cuticles back into shape. The whole procedure was very relaxing. Thank you! I cant wait to go back!!

This place is amazing. I dropped off my wife and daughter and asked when and what time to come back for them and sure they did finish by the time they promised. No waste of time or long waiting periods of time. The service is incredible.

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. Worst nail experience ever. The place is disgusting, the owner, Bill is so rude and honestly could care less about our business. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go to try it out. Trust me. My nails were bleeding for days after his “manicure” and he was eating while doing my nails and didn’t even wash his hands.

We drive all the way from Eagle Pass to get our nails & toes done they are super friendly, and our nails and toenails stay on for like 3 or 4 months & they do our nails and toe nails super super good! If you ever need to get a mani & pedi, come here its the best!😌

Worst manicure of my life. My nails are crooked, I still have filing marks on the top of my nail beds that you can see through the polish. No lotion, and used dirty tools. A different nail technician was very rude to my daughter, was on her phone, and talked to a friend sitting a few seats away the entire time. The facility was dirty.

The place is really clean.They are very gentle and they do amazing work.

THE WORST, I took my daughter there last night. She got in at 5:30 and we didnt leave until 7 and all she had done was a set of nails. The guy put her nails and the overlay on then went and smoked a cigarette then came in cut the length on one had and proceed to get into an argument with another operator because she wouldnt give him her tips. Then sat back down and started cutting the length on the other hand and stayed talking on the phone the entire time. Then we went up front to pay and I had to yell at him and another woman because they wouldnt wait on us. We will NEVER GO BACK.

Worst nail salon ever . I went in at 10 and didnt finish till 12 I had 3 different people working on my nails and feet. They dont communicate, one lady was fixen to start my nails and then just grab her purse and left and I had to wait on someone else to do my nails and he just did shellac didnt even give me a manicure like I ask. And then they try and charge for me a manicure .. I will never go back 🤦‍♀️
