Poor service from local Del Rio, TX FedEx Shipping location. The driver went to the wrong address twice, and returned our package to the shipper. The address was correct on the package as it was confirmed by FedEx main Shipping Center. We are running a business and depending on our order to give quality service to our customers, and Del Rio FedEx failed us. UPS, USPS, have done excellent on our deliveries. We are open Mon.-Fri. 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM... That is All DAY, we DO NOT close for LUNCH, there is always someone available, our business has our name smack in the middle of our business window...

Front reception lady was friendly, be aware she also has to work in the back and may not hear people come inside, be patient... was suprised to know that shipping a 15 lb box was way cheaper than ups
