Spectrum has been a disaster since the beginning and Ive only had them for a little over 3 months now. First they told me I had to wait 3 weeks before my stuff would be delivered, OR I could go pick it up. The closest pick up was 3 hours away. I called anc complained and the guy I talked with made it happen where a tech installed it that same day. Awesome right? No! The tech said, sorry they messed up so theyre Installing the talk for you. OK? Well, also turns out they spelled my name wrong and in my email, phone number, everything. So I never received a statement and couldnt log into anything.Now I work all over the state and Im rarely home anyway. I found out my service had been disconnected. Why? I have auto pay set up so I dont have to even worry about it. I call and after being bounced around, I find out they switched billing companies and that deleted my auto pay....so Im the one punished for it. I pay it to have it turned back on, fix all my info so I can get a statement billed to me and log in. Come to find out my internet is NOT $60 they told me, AND Ive been paying for the talk feature this whole time.So here I am paying close to $100 a month for an internet that can barely hold a few devices and stream a movie.For such a big company, youre failing as a corporation as well as in customer service. As soon as I get back home, I am finding a new internet provider.

Very poor WiFi. Doesn’t support my laptop going to normal webpage. When calling about the slow WiFi, they use their “own internet test site.” No conflict of interest there!! If there was another option for WiFi service in my neighborhood- I would be using that one.

They closed all local offices all thru South Texas. I got a new phone and it will not switch over from my number so what did Spectrum say....go to the local office. Just a short 500 mile round trip for me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would rather not have WiFi than ever have to deal with them again. Sales was uneducated and unhelpful, as were their supervisors and the whole system of this company is awful. I spend HOURS on the phone just trying to get wifi and somehow it still didn’t work. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. A bunch of idiots.

Good service at times. However we came to find out they are charging a lot more then necessary and I get it we have to wait outside due to the virus but you can atleast PROVIDE SHADE! Yall make more then enough to buy something to give shade!

Customer service was friendly. Was sent a defective part and even though they did not have any at the store, they were eager to help and order one. When it came in the exchange was quick. But they are having people wait outside in the hot sun. Its goot to see them taking precautions but they had an elderly woman wait out for almost 45 minutes

Went into the store to pick up a modem because I had already made arrangements over the phone with a Spectrum operator. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by a representative who asked how she could help us. I told her what I was there for and she went onto correct me by saying that anytime you purchase equipment over the phone you cant pick it up because it gets mailed to you. I explained I had requested to pick it up at there store. She still tried correcting me as if I didnt know what I was talking about. After all of this I was allowed in the store and she got on the computer and looked up what I was talking about and guess what I got my Módem and she never apologized. I dont recommend this store at all.

The spectrum representative at the desk Luis is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills . The 2 technicians who set up my services at my home are also very knowledgeable and installation was fast. One of the tech guys had patience to untangle the WiFi/cable wires. Both tech guys are courteous.

Was needing cable set up for whole house. The tech guy only installed service on 1 the. And was never asked or given the option where I needed or wanted the connection set up at. Must have really enjoyed the carpeting on floor. He sat stretched out on it long enough. Spectrum customers are already paying high fees for installation we should at least get to choose where we want to watch at.

Worst customer service , they are located in the Phillipines and when answering questions the only answers they have are the one in the computer screen in front of them. They would prefer to lose a customer than to resolve an issue. I can not understand how Spectrum can say they have gotten better. Their attitude is pretty much take it or leave it.

Works...but their bureaucracy fees work against you:Know what youre getting into - the late fees are horrendous and when they contact you to tell you somethings wrong with your payment info youre already in the hole (they didnt call me until I had over $80 in late fees in total) and they actually charge you $5.00 to speak to a representative to do payments over the phone with a human being if you cant login to your account.Theres nothing wrong with the service itself (thats what the two stars are for). The speed is fine, you get what you pay for (heavily recommend sharing with someone else), but theyll bleed you dry if you give them half a chance. Verify everything, do not (for emphasis, DO NOT) trust them to put you above their bottom line.

I cancelled the cable so I returned the remote control and the box that came with it, but I left the internet services, customer service representative helped me when I mentioned to her about $75 for just wifi was more less what I was paying for a simple package, she then checked and found a better rate for I was looking for, I appreciated all her patience

DO NOT USE SPECTRUM/TIME WARNER IN DEL RIO TEXAS. The guy who came out to hook us up to cable, was very nice and polite, but he could not complete the install because the original cable line was too old and needed to be replaced. This was 7/21/2017. The were to come out while we were on vacation, they never showed up. We came back and the technician came again the following morning and was puzzled that they never completed the cable replacement. He left and the following day some men came to do the cable replacement. They had no idea what they were suppose to do. After 15 minutes the left. Nothing was done. I have now talked with 5 different people and had to tell the story to 5 different people and the only thing they could say was they were sorry and that we would have to wait 14 more days. On top of that, our bill and we are charged for cable tv and all this install price and some other misc fees that did not make sense and the customer service girl could not do anything, she promised her supervisor would call me in 30 minutes. Has been almost 2 days, have not heard from supervisor. These people do not know what they are doing, neither does supervisor.Thought this company would be better (Spectrum) since they bought out Time Warner, but they are not. Stay away from them, except for internet and telephone if you can hook it up yourself.Sally Rollins, now my blood pressure is up!

Time Warner/Spectrum isnt amazing. But if you need internet and TV its ok. If there were more internet providers in Del Rio I definitely wouldnt choose Spectrum. But their customer service is great (online).

If I could rate zero stars I would. When I moved to Del Rio I made the switch from Direct TV to TWC for 2 weeks. Right away I knew I made a bad decision. From the downgrade in HD quality, the never ending automated phone surveys and reminders and the channel layout in general. Those 1st world problems I can deal with. But when I called to cancel my service, the technician came into my backyard when I wasnt home and cut ALL of my cable wires inside the cable box. This include my cable internet and newly acquired Direct TV wires. Who does that? It was like the technician was jealous I cancelled service and they were going to teach me a lesson. When I went to the store and spoke to the manager in person, he acted as if this wasnt a big deal and he would look into it. I was calm and collected, articulate and explained I wanted to bring it to his attention so he was aware. As a manager myself, I would appreciate if someone let me know. On principal alone I would never give them my business if they werent the only high speed internet provider in the city. Supply and demand folks, they can consistently provide the worst customer service and you will still give them your money because there arent any alternatives for cable internet out here. Expectation management!

Not happy with TWC! Too many problems! I pay $153.50 a month for supposedly a good package deal. Half of channels i dont get . and im suppose to! As for HBO - Started watching a movie at 3:00 pm and cable has been so screwed up, The entire movie was ruined! I really am considering leaving TWC , too expensive and lousy service and not to mention they keep increasing my bill every month!

TWC of Del Rio Tx allowed a woman to fraudulently open an account using my personal information (SSN number). TWC never did any kind of verification to see if she was real. After she didnt pay, TWC put a false report on Experian which damaged my credit score. TWC calls it a soft credit check. In other words, you can order cable from TWC using any SSN and TWC will never check to see if it is really you. In this case a woman in another state used a mans SSN to get free cable for a while.Please do NOT do business with Time Warner Cable. They are part of the credit fraud system.
