Awesome classes with Frankie on flow syncing with thought harnessing, body movement, and breathing. I didnt have any experience with yoga, but Frankie was able to start me up to what I could handle and naturally progressed. Overall great experience and definitely feel a positive difference in my well-being regarding body and mind.
I enjoy stretching and balancing with my breath. My favorite pose is warrior 1 and downward facing dog. When I practice yoga Im very relaxed.
