Went by there , have really friendly service i was able to find the 75 inch tv i was looking for !

Horrible service! The manager is very rude and unprofessional, would not let me speak and continuously interrupted me. The contracts only offer 4 months to pay off furniture other wise everything resets. Theyre just stealing your money. The contract resets until you pay it off within 4 months. Good luck with anything over 2000

Their customer service is always great! I have bought all my furniture and appliances with them and I have been greatly satisfied with it all. I just paid off my king size mattress and got new couches and tv and will most definitley continue shopping there. Overall, great customer service and great people with numerous of great options for your home!

I was so hesitant to go and buy furniture. But i decided to go and give this place a try. I work in retail so i try to be real cautious in regards to the fine print in everything that i buy. Everything went well, chose a sectional, explained the contract, singed and took delivery> Gave about 25% down because i planned to pay it off in 6 months. Did the math in my head and yes! I WILL DEFINITELY PAY IT OFF IN 6 MONTHS. After a few months of auto payments i noticed (after doing the math again) that they had still withdrawn another amount... HOW? I called and guess what? Its because i was paying INSURANCE which they claimed explained to me right there. I dont buy insurance for anything. Now im over the 6 months period and will end up paying almost twice of what the originally cost was. Really Bad Experience. They went to check my furniture since i was unknowhingly paying for insurance i told them about the issue i had with it. They havent contacted me since then. BAD JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
