*** Go to Lone Star Copiers instead for all label printing.The employees here told me they could not print my shipping label for me because of privacy concerns. Rather than let me email them and print it they told me I needed to use their computer which would cost me $3 for 5 minutes plus the cost of printing the label. I travel around the country and have used UPS stores in countless cities. I am always, until today, able to email the label and have it printed for me for less than the cost of $3. When going to google on their computer I saw someone else was still logged in and their information was anything but private. I left.Then I called the local business Lone Star Copiers and upon having my shipping label printed there after emailing it to them was charged a mere $0.10 with a very pleasant attitude. If I were a local I would absolutely use Lone Star Copiers for all my copy needs. Seriously great customer service!

10/10 highly recommend. We love coming to the UPS store. We experienced a lot of unprofessional behavior at the post office, so we moved all of our mail and packages to the UPS store. They have been great. Especially Chris, who today, chased us in the parking lot to give us a package that was being delivered as we were leaving! That would have never happened at the post office! Bravo guys!

8:45 am on a Thursday and the store is still not open. 7 customers parked outside waiting. No answer when calling. Now 9:15 and still close. FedEx opens in 15 minutes...

The individual did not know how to ship documents, had to call someone and still couldnt do it. Also misspelled the address and put wrong phone numbers.

Outstanding service. This UPS store packaged and shipped four fragile items to our home in NY. The staff explained how the items would be packed and provided a reasonable price. The shipment arrive on the date promised and each item was found to be individually wrapped and well protected in the box with additional packaging. No items were damaged. It is noted that the staff took additional efforts to tape each seam of the box to prevent the box from opening in shipment which further showed their outstanding customer service. We highly recommend shipping from this UPS store.

First time at your store and was very pleased with service. Two ladies there and even thoughOne was in training everything went smoothly. I was the 3rd customer so had plenty of time to observe. The lady doing the training was very patient with trainee and clearly n swiftly explained her question. I will return.

The staff (Karla, Lilly and Claudia) are fabulous! Our company has been having packages sent here for several months and they have been professional and helpful in every way! They always address me by name and assist with carrying packages to my car. Im greeted with a smile and have always received the highest level of customer service. I highly recommend this store.

I love this UPS store. Very helpful and great staff. Helpful every time I visit. Sending packages making copies from my phone, plushaving a notary public makes my work easier, so convenient.

Had a terrible experience in store. Will absolutely never return to this location. Have had many very satisfying experiences with other UPS Store locations. The owner is obviously not around at this location. The employees have zero clue to how to operate the copy machine, what the policies are, and how to deal with customers.

I was in the local area and needed to drop off my Amazon return. I had printed out my shipping tags and just needed to tape them onto the package. When I walked in there, the workers (two females), just looked at me. I explained what I needed after that awkward standoff on who would speak first and they told me to buy a roll of tape in order to send off my package! I only needed two strips of 8 inch long clear tape! Maybe I sound spoiled, but I have many times gotten shipping tags taped on packages before at UPS/FEDEX/USPS. In addition, Amazon has an option where the UPS store prints out your return shipping. If I were to choose that, would they expect me to bring my own tape to the store or purchase a roll from them? Just absurd, Ill probably take this up with Amazon as well.

Sign on the door says it opens at 830am as well as online website, yet here I sat at 9am and door still locked and security gates still closed. Maybe you need to up date your bvb hours if you dont open at 830. I wasnt the only person sitting out side waiting either. They have good service when their open but for those of us depending on that open time so we can go on with the rest of our day this really puts an inconvenience on us.

We have a mailbox at this store so we are here often, the staff is always pleasant, they always greet us when we enter and I don’t know how they can remember but they usually say our name. We don’t often require any help from them but they are always very helpful when we do, even though they are always quite busy.

The only place open on Saturday for copies for MILES. Efficient and friendly. Thanks!!

A bunch of idiots on this store took me 1 hour to get a passport its ridiculous, also she didnt even know how to use the copy machine.

It has a service to receive your correspondence if you use it for a year.
