Went to the burial service today and honestly disappointed with the staff. While the daughter of deceased was speaking saying a prayer the staff was in the corner snickering and speaking laughing quietly and ruining a moment that was intended to be special. Not to mention that one of the workers kept going in and out the hearse and slamming the door. Legit the staff needed to do better. Its the smallest things that count and those small things changed the atmosphere. It felt likethey wanted to rush it. No need to laugh or snicker and make unnecessary noise while a family is giving a sermon honoring their loved one.

VETERANS BEWARE!!!A while back, when my step-dad passed away, my family and I were told by the owner (Mr. Rick Robles himself) our VA insurance would not be accepted because it would take a while to receive the payment despite the insurance being valid and backed in full-faith and credit by the US Government. In other words, he wanted his money right now. We then considered changing venues for services but were then threatened with exorbitant fees for them receiving my step-dad and transferring him somewhere else. Rick Robles ought to be honoring the dead and helping those left behind, instead he kicks people at the lowest point in their lives. He should also be grateful for the service of our veterans that allows him to live free and disrespect our military the way he did. Id say Robles should go back to being a plumber, but fixing toilets is too dignified for him
