I have a 2015 Hyundai sonata. There is a recall on that car I have taken it here for service. They went in my glove compartment and took the receipts that I was saving for the recall. They refused to give me the proper paperwork that I needed, the man said he would email it to me. That was a month ago. Now they are saying they will not accept the recall on the engine. My experience has been a nightmare. This place has been very rude to me that it has caused so much stress that I dont know what to do anymore. This place is horrible.

I was very grateful to have worked with Carl as my sales rep. This dealer is very organized, and has some good management from what I can see. The facilities are excellent, as is the vehicle inventory. I would certainly be back here to buy another car. I appreciated how much the staff respected my time and gave me the flexibility to reschedule appointments without any hassle. The buying and negotiating was honestly very fun, and they were skilled and getting us a very good deal. The car itself was impeccable (but its Hyundai, so this is expected). I look forward to hopefully continuing a relationship with this dealer!

Great on sales and getting your deals done... however post sales you will have to follow up a lot and more often dont get to talk to the person you are trying to get in touch with especially if your trying to process cancellations or refunds. They will help you out in the process but dont get back to you on updates...Update… its been a few months now since i have started the processing of refunds for my traded in vehicle… still no update on the remaining cheques after trying to get a hold of finance department thru emails and calls. Definitely a let down.

The car I bought from here ba k in 2013 is still running great. Had to get a recall taken care of and the service staff was great.

Dave was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful! Go to him! No issue thereHowever i did realize after i took the car home there are some minor scratches on the passenger and driver door interior along with some scuff marks on the door that dont easily come off. There was also a small stain on the dash that does not come off. Assuming these are from test drives and such.

My car was taken in for repairs through an insurance claim that I made but its been one week and still they have not sent in the correct quote to my insurance company so that they can approve it. If I decide to go with Hyundai for repairs was that I thought they would be more efficient and would inspect the vehicle carefully so there wouldnt be any surprises. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, since i talked to my insurance company and theyve told me that there are just waiting on them.

Worst customer service, havent gotten a call back from a part that they ordered due to a basic oil change from the lube tech did and he left a splash gard loose under my car and for ripped off while I was driving poor service then they almost hit my car when it was getting lifted to get it checked and if it wasnt from me he was damaged my car

Very pleasant experience . I would recommend Hyundai of Del Rio to anyone looking for a good deal and an outstanding vehicle. This is our second Hyundai the first one being a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with 232,000 and still in good shape and getting 37+ MPG.

Worst sales people. They agreed to sell me used car for $22500 and after i submitted my credit application they called me and said that it is good to go. And later again they told me the vehicle price was listed wrong and now the total price of the vehicle with other add ons is $25995. This is purely cheating. Never give your credit details to these guys. I wasted 4 hrs of my time during weekend.

Jorge García was great! He immediately walked out to greet me without seeming aggressivea. It was his understanding of what I was currently looking for that encouraged me to do business with Hyundai. Saturday the 9th of June, I went in with the mindset that I was there to buy a used vehicle, compact SUV within a certain budget. And he gave me what I was looking for, though he nudged me to potentially look at other vehicles. Since I was so stubborn, I failed to look beyond what I came in for. (Honestly, if he wouldve tried to put me in something else, I wouldve walked away. I had gone to two other dealerships, but they both were trying to put me in something above my budget or not what I was looking for). Jorge listened andgave me exactly what I was looking for.It wasnt until the warranty question came up and being given the weekend to think through the warranty that I realized I needed something better than the used Ford Escape i had just signed for, that I began to look at new cars. I called Jorge and told him I was wrong and wanted to purchase a new car. He was going to be out of town on Monday, so he set up an appointment for me with Billy.Billy was also great. He helped me understand the features of the car and by that point, my mind was open to a car as opposed to a compact SUV.The only thing that took too long was the financing information getting back to me to let me know what interest rates they could offer, etc. I spent the majority of the time waiting for that. Though I was very happy to hear that I did not have to buy a warranty (misunderstandings of a rookie NEW car-buyer) because Hyundai gives the 5 year warranty, which is amazing! So that was extra good news of the day.To date, I am very happy with the purchase of my car, and I feel I am in a very reliable vehicle as I head out to grad school. I recommend working with Hyundai, and I recommend working with Jorge and Billy.
