I ways get good service and they came over promptly.

They drove to Austin to repair my GE Cafe refrigerator on a warranty deal. They also quickly diagnosed and repaired an issue with my dishwasher (at no charge and was not apart of the service request.) I might add I had a plumber look at this and they didn’t find the issue. Super rare to meet such stand up folks and would HIGHLY recommend their services.

Big Dave saved us money by trying to fix our 13 year old fridge. He came 3 times and even though we requested a bill, he has yet to charge us a dime. This is the first time we have called him for repairs, and we wil certainly call him again. Instead of buying parts, he used his expertise to try different options and we are enjoying a fixed fridge.

A wonderful, friendly, family owned business that offers great appliance sales and service. We had a big refrigerator in our basement and Big Daves sent over a crew that worked for half a day to remove that huge refrigerator. We really enjoyed visiting with great workers, who had the best prices in town.
