Well, It breaks my heart to read these negative reviews.I have lived here now for three years and have experience nothing but professionalism and a management team dedicated to the well being of all residents, while still protecting the overwhelming responsibility to this property and its developers and owners.Diane, Christie, and Romell are the very backbone between both of these entities, and truly without them this property would deteriorate into just another chaotic place that people would I guess call home.I have chosen to live here because of the integrity These folks hold to the owners of this property.I have always felt safe here, and yes I have seen 1 are 2 bad Elements come and go .... The reason those folks are no longer living here Im afraid might be due to their own lack of understanding and cooperation To the very reason there are rules.All I can truly say in closing is after living here now For this amount of time there is no way I would ever leave. I actually just watched new ownership happen about a year ago, And they came through and completely rectified many things..But what impressed Is that they understood what an asset and completely dedicated staff they already had in place.Because quite frankly I trust them with my well-being and security and the ability to call this my home, Thank you Diane, thank you Christy, and thank you Romell for the hard work you do daily..

So pleased and thankful how kristy helped me via phone. Super polite, respectful and very sweet. She informed me about the whole process to be able to live there. She made me feel welcomed, comfortable and did not leave me with any question or doubt whatsoever. If anyone in corporation reads this please give her a raise!!!!!!!!!!!! Thumps up to the sky.Cant wait for our family have the opportunity to become part of the beautiful and lovely cottages at La Vista!!!

Management is HORRIBLE!!!!! She’s rude,unprofessional,never mind If you need to get something fix in the apartment!

The manager of these apartments asked me to move my roommates car. Which I told her was not working, so she then said well, youll have to get it towed. WHY? WE PAY RENT LIKE EVERYONE ELSE...I do NOT understand. AND might I add, she knocked on my door and told me this on December 20th, excuse me maam but do you really think I have the extra funds to get it towed right now? Then she told me that I have two weeks to move it. I didnt ask what the consequence would be if I didnt move it because I literally do not want to know. The manager of these apartments, Diane, whatever her last name is, is extremely unprofessional, she once TEXTED my roommate that she owed $5 for being late on rent...If she could knock on the door to tell us to move the car, then why did she not knock on our door to tell us that we owed more money? I am also going to add that the maintenance workers are not satisfactory at all. The maintenance team had came into our apartment to fix our leaky air conditioner unit, which by the way looked like it was going to fall out of the ceiling, and all they did was put some more caulking on the ceiling. They have come to fix our laundry room doors, as one of them fell off the track when you would close it. And they STILL do not close correctly. When we had moved in our keys to unlock the door would always get stuck inside the door whenever it was being locked, so I had filed a work order to have it fixed. Our keys STILL get stuck in the door.

Worst management ever.. She is very rude and unprofessional... Doesnt seem like she wants to rent and talkn w current renters, they r just waiting for their contracts to end to get the heck out a there... Always needed maintenance that was ignored by her...
