I found out the hard way that you don’t want to be without AC in the middle of July in Del Rio, Texas! My AC gave out while I was out of town. I came home to a 94 degree hot box! Gilbert Sanchez was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely efficient! He did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of the necessary repairs on my AC unit. I was also impressed with the different price options he presented as there is something there to fit every budget need. I would not hesitate for one second to call on him again for his service in the future and highly recommend him to anyone reading this review! Service techs were on time, and by that I mean 30 minutes early. They were very courteous, explained everything they were going to do and worked efficiently and steadily the entire time they were here.

I have been with Comfort Tech Service for approximately 20 years. I have stayed with their service because their Technicians and Martha always go above and beyond in their Service. Mr. Huerta and the other Technicians that visit my home are very Professional and helpful. I am a stickler for detail and they go above all. I cant say enough good things about them. I highly recommend their Service!! They have even showed up at 3 am to reprogram the thermostat that I managed to deprogram. All in less than an hour!!

Jason was great, I called for maintenance and he was there a couple hours later. He serviced my AC, installed a thermostat and fixed my hot water heater. He was professional, friendly, explained everything that was wrong with my appliance along the way. We had Mr. Sanchez come by and reevaluate our plumbing system. Every couple of months, a new leak would come up and wed Be left with water bills as high as $2000, after accessing our house, he advised us on doing an entire house repiping and gave us a great deal for financing. He was informative and worked quickly. Best company weve used in the Del Rio area.

How my husband and I terribly miss the Service Now team in Del Rio. They are so dependable, knowledgeable, just completely awesome. They installed a heat pump in our home we purchased in 2004 and took care of us until we sold our home and moved to Austin. We are now purchasing our next home; but unfortunately, they do not service our new location which is much further, very unfortunate for us. We have trusted Service Now from day one, so 15 years later, I just called Service Now and spoke to Art for advice as well as for a possible name of a company in our area that provides the same identical service that Service Now provided us for so many years when we were in their service area. Comfort Tech is reliable and explain everything in full detail so there wont be any surprises. They are on time and very professional. Adolfo and his crew working on my house are top notch! They stand behind their service...some say Comfort Tech is pricey, but like anything....you get what you pay for!

He knew what he was doing and even saw some other problems and suggested we get them fixed, and we will.

On a 100F day, my homes AC took a dump. I called American Home Shield who in turn called Comfort Tech. The next day a technician, Gilbert arrived. He gave me several options- spend maybe $2K to patch the old system up and give it another year or two of life, or spend a lot of money and get an all new system that will last me for the rest of my days. We went for the latter.Two days later, first thing in the morning, a crew showed up, ripped out the old, installed the new and cleaned out my ducting.It was a lot of money but it s worth it.

What more can be said of the perfect company and staff? He completed two repairs that had been started under a previous employee that has since moved on. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Mr. Sanchez was excellent to work with. We have had no troubles so far with the repair, and we will use Comfort Tech again in the future.
