I went in for an alignment and the guys were up front about the possible wait time. I expressed what I thought was my problem and they told me it could get expensive if I were correct. Gulp! When I got the truck back aligned, they didnt upsell me on my imagined problem and confirmed all was well. The young guy who told me what was done was thorough in his explanation and even explained why my inexpert guess was of no concern. I appreciated their honesty with me!

This is the best place I have ever taken any of my vehicles to (and Ive owned cars since the late seventies). Unlike many places, I have never known them to be dishonest, and they genuinely care about your vehicles. I trust no place more and always recommend them when people express a need for a good place to take their vehicles.

Replace ignition switch and they were supposed to fix an oil leak, They never even looked at the leak and had it a week. They charged me for an oil change though. Dont waste your money, I paid 500 i will never pay them again.

I took my 1997 Chevy Cavalier here to see if they could fix it, it wasn’t running right, and was sputtering when going low speed almost like it wasn’t getting enough gas so i decided to bring it here, they said it was the gas, it wasn’t, they said the computer went out which it didn’t then they said that it was miss firing on cylinder 3, we had to bring it back a 2nd time and after having it for a Month and couple weeks, and when i’d call bout the progress of the car they’d get mad and then told me to come get it, overall this is the most unprofessional mechanic shop i’ve ever experienced and they didn’t even fix the problems in anyway, and then charged us anyway for not fixing it, then they messed up the front bumper and the driver side mirror and when they took the hood off to fix it they didn’t put it back correctly, not only would i not recommend this shop but i wouldn’t even let them fix my bicycle.

I have lived in MWC for about six years and have had some bad experiences with auto shops (Jacks). However, I wished I had found this place along time ago. They fixed my old vehicle for 1/4 of the price of all other quotes. Got my car back same day even though I dropped it off at noon. They were personable and only fixed what was wrong. I know where I’ll be going from now on. Although they may not always be able to get it done same day, I’m very happy and impressed.....:-) It’s a WOW from me!

They changed my oil but cracked my engine cover. It was the first time I took my truck there for an oil change. They did not even tell me it was cracked.

They use to be pretty good, but recently I took my car there because it was running hot and I could not use the key to crank the car but I could use the remote start. They replaced the key shaft and said they fixed the other problem but when I picked my car up the engine light was still on and my remote start would no longer work or my locks on my door, so I took it back and they got the light to go offf. 2 Days later my car was running hot again and they tried to charge me over a thousand dollars to fix it when I just paid over a thousand dollars to get the problem fixed already. So sad to say I will not be going back to them.

This place posted a 5.3 LS1 complete runs good blah blah blah. After talking on the phone I drove almost 3 hrs. Get there seems legit even tells me it was for his car just had a baby needs the money look it over seems fine. It was around 730 so we load it I drive 21/2 3 hrs home. I get it in the garage pull intake so I can get it installed into a Tahoe. The first thing I see is large amount of rust actual water lines on how high the water was. Go to pull the plugs 6 of the 8 were barely in as soon as looked in the cylinders rust not as they say condensation. the cylinders were full of rust. As I pulled the oil pan large flakes of metal and of course in the bottom of the pan water oil sludge with fresh oil put in so the dip stick will come out clean. I call and find out some one else bought this motor took it back because of water in it but he didnt see it so he sells it to me didnt inform me of it sitting out not covered he didnt think it was relavent really. Mind you on 2 cylinders under 20 on compression the next one was 28. Argued for 2 days finally cursed me and says with f word several times bring it back. Ok he needs a couple days to get the money. I say ok text first then call to hear him tell me hes not giving me my money back. He says its a used part as is are you kidding. I paid them 650 for a motor he was told he water in it had to give that guy his money back. The bbb will be contacted and I promise the lawsuits are coming I kept every single text everything from them. Just because Im older and disabled doesnt mean your going to get away with this. By the way this place is ripping the state of. In there response to another complaint they lied and say we dont sell cars. Yes you do standing in you shop you were bragging about selling at least 200 cars a year you even told me you buy at the auction. But not only are you ripping people off. But tax evasion no dealers LIC I already checked. how is it for a business that as you say we do not sell cars in the past 5 hrs since you informed me that your not giving me my money back Im out over 700 so far. But I have managed to speak over Facebook to a couple and have four more names of people that bought cars from you. Proving you are not doing buss as it should be. Dealers LIC so you can pay your taxes and other things. Yes the law states you can sell 1up to what is 8 cars dont quote me with out LIC. But at least 200 cars a year or more your words as you were bragging. Wow and I find out you are not LIC for it and calling someone a liar because you tried to decieve him. How dare you you are the ones lien cheating people and yes you do and are selling cars illegally. If I can find this many in five hours I bet the numbers of cars you sell will pop up really quick. For a place that doesnt sell cars you do. And the quality parts you sold me is not quality at all water clylinder all the to the head where its rust this bad is not quality.

I wasted time looking at different vehicles multiple trips. I found them on craigslist for sale. When I seen them in person, they were totally ragged out and they claimed the owners owed money on them and they were trying to recoupe some of the money owed. If the repairs cost that much, Id find a different repair shop. Why legally steal a persons vehicle. If you know its going to cost more to fix then its worth, tell the people up front. And I believe there is a max amount allowed by law per day for storage. So something isnt adding up.

Wouldnt trust my car to anyone else!!! Id give more stars if there was more.. Eric & Greg are amazing!!
