Fast service, top notch staff, Jake Not from state farm and not wearing khakis has an attention to customer satisfaction that surpassed any of my rental experiences. NOT only did he make beginning to end of my time at Enterprise extremely swift. He made sure I knew about the controls of the beautiful car. Here is where he goes above and beyond. On a super hot day the car had cool interior. THATS RIGHT HE HAD THE AIR CONDITIONING DIALED IN. THATS a guy who cares about the comforts of his customers. Would I recommend this branch. Especially when you have a guy like Jake helping you. He made a stressful day turn around to end on a positive note.

A great place to rent a vehicle. Vehicles arent always on site but they will get them daily to fill the need. It is best to call ahead of time or schedule online to make sure they will have a vehicle that will suit your needs/requirements. Also, vehicles are always cleaned and sterilized before pick-up!

I guess they just book any vehicle without checking if it’s available or not. So I get a call at 8 am saying the vehicle is not available and we leave at noon. Wonder just wonder right would not recommend at all!

I recently rented a vehicle and was very pleased with everything until the final billing. My wife called them on Friday & asked if was ok to drop it off the next day (Sat.). They said no problem. Just put the keys in the drop box. We did as they said. Then found out on the following Monday that they charged us for Sunday & Monday. I called and was told that is their policy because they are not open on the weekends. REALLY!! Be careful if you rent from them. I learned my lesson thru my wallet. It wont happen again cause I wont go back. So much for their commercial, WELL PICK YOU UP!

This Enterprise is located inside Estle Chevy in Defiance. The Manager does it all and very well with great service and communication. Highly recommended!

Sort of hard to locate if youve never been there but the people are great and process is very easy.

I am not a fan. The price fluctuates and to the degree that what we were quoted (75 - 150 ) was MORE THAN DOUBLED! I am renting a car for the first time to be with my family as they are having their second child. Such a wonderful occasion! Why does the cost of a car for a one way trip have to be upwards of 350 dollars?!? That is just the cost of the rental and the one way fee. The insurance that they scare you into believing you need adds even MORE OF A COST. This is gouging and opportunism at the customers expense. I was told because it is the summer and people are traveling that the prices go up. We looked online and the price can change hour to hour according to the woman I spoke with on the phone. This will be my first and last time renting a car with Enterprise.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Stephanie was attentive and helpful. They were so accommodating. I left a water bottle in the vehicle and they went out of their way to get it back to me. I drove two nice, new, reliable vehicles through them. Highly recommend

Always have a great experience with enterprise!! The rental i just got had a slow leak in the tire and they exhanged for me no problem!!

Nice quality of car and really good service. Only problem is the smell. Cigarette smokers rent the car. Cleaning solutions only cover so much. Is there a way to separate smoking cars from non? Seriously! If fines or higher rates don’t do it , try it. We get sick on cigarette smell.

Went to get a rental and had no problem before but this time we did. Never going there again. Very disappointed.

We just rented a van and the inside is nasty. Someone spilled red juice all over the van. Then there is a burnt mark and a rip under the inside passenger handle. The windshield has a chip on it. Its nice if it was cleaned before we got it. We walked around the outside with the rep but they never checked over the inside.
