The technician from Dash Windows & Doors showed up on time and immediately figured out my issue. He did a couple minor fixes, and had a great attitude. He got the job done perfectly and gave my windows a great look. He was responsive, friendly and conscientious. I strongly recommend this company if you have any issues with your windows or in need of new ones and are looking for a great quality service for a competitive price.

From planning to installment, everyone was great. The installers would go out of their way to try and install windows at times when my young kids were awake. Obviously this wasnt a problem to wake the kids but that personal consideration meant a lot since installing windows is a very loud and intrusive process. Dash Windows & Doors worked diligently and were very communicative throughout the entire process.

This company deserves 10 stars!!!! The estimator was professional and polite. He sat down and calculated our quote so we didnt have to wait, unlike many other companies. Crews on time, very respectful, protect your floors and belongings and clean up after themselves, both indoors and out. We had an issue with one window and it was rectified at lightening speed. Dash Windows & Doors customer service was on it. Tech was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

From the sales team to the installation team the service was awesome. Each step of the way was met by professionalism from all that I had contact with for my project. The project involved replacing an old wooden exterior door and a security storm door. I must give special credit to the guy that performed the installation. He was very meticulous and his craftsmanship was excellent. I worked with Rose. She was great! I only replaced the window over my Kitchen Sink, but this was an important area to me. She walked me through the different products until we decided on what worked best. A month later, my contractor installed and finished the window. I love the view - I love the light !! Top-notch service from a great company. Overhead door problems were resolved within 4 hours of calling the problem into their service department. Our technician was dispatched early and the door was professionally repaired and in perfect working order before noon the same day.
