Astonishing wash, took off all the bugs and dirt on my Jeep as we are visiting from nebraska, never seen a place hand dry even for the lowest price. The worker who hand dry was a wonderful man, we talked and he had great customer service . Bring cash as they deserve a tip. Nebraska doesn’t even have a service as good as this place. Ignore the bad reviews on here as they are cheap folks.

I paid a lot over the usual car wash for a thorough cleaning of my car. As every else’s car came out, I was told my car would take 30 minutes.I had been there 15 already. After 40 more minutes, I asked them to check on my car and it was sitting in the parking lot. No one ever told me it was done. The car was not feet clean and I wasted a ton of time.as to the owners response, I never left the store. My name nor car make was never called. I sat patiently and even asked after 30 minutes. No one cared.

Called trying to get a last minute detailing job done and they squeezed me in and did a fantastic job!

Grand Prix provided interior detailing on my Chevy truck today. I use it every day for construction and it was filthy. When I picked it up, I was amazed. The interior looks brand new. They did a fantastic job and Ill definitely return for more work.

Best car wash in the area! Not only do they do a great job at washing your car but the staff is very friendly and the location is always clean and easy to get in and out of with no fuss or muss.

I used to like coming here. Until the day I drove off in my shiny clean car and a couple of days later noticed my passenger side exterior mirror had been broken off and duct taped back on. They didn’t even tell me. That was an expensive lesson to learn not to go here anymore.

Wash was carefully finished with windows cleaned inside and out and chrome wheel covers as well.

THIEF!Never visiting this place again! Cashier charged my card twice - tore the first receipt and trashed it, and again charged the card and gave the receipt.When I confronted him, he said, no, no, that was some other receipt. I got 2 charges on the AMEX card!

For $26 or so, I wasnt impressed by the Works. There was still a decent amount of dirt and such around the lower edge of my vehicle, my floor mats were put back in the wrong places, and I felt the vacuum could have hit a couple more spots. The service was quick though and friendly staff.

Nope they only clean one out of two things either seats or dashboard thats all!!! AND TGEY TAKE UR PRINGLES

Both my wife and I were very pleased with the car wash and detailing on our cars. They staff was great and the cars looked great. Like new. In fact Ive had people ask if my car is new. Its actually 3 years old but now it looks like new. I met the owner who really cares about his customers. Its really important to get that positive word of mouth in our area, and he wanted to be sure we were pleased.

This place did such a good job on the detailing of my car I’m considering keeping it over my Benz. I found this place on whim after searching for a while when I decided to sell my Nissan. No one wants cat hair and old Starbucks on the center console. I did the premium package. My car looks like it did the day I bought it with 3 miles on it. I will be back and gladly take the half hour trip to have this place take car of all of cars in the future. The customer service was great as well I am usually the coupon queen (no shame in saving every penny I can). I choose the package I did after the great explanation of all packages and this was my best option worth every penny even though I was not planning on keeping my car. Thank you sooo much! I will definitely be back in the future!

Not worth the money! I had such high hopes for this place. It’s been there forever. My first experience was ok but I was willing to give them a second chance. I rolled in at 5:15p and asked how long it will take for the “Super Clean” and was told it will be too long - 40 min, so no, I shouldn’t do this. So, I chose the next best. I usually keep my car pretty clean, getting a interior and exterior clean up every month or so. This time it was a bit more messy - there were some crumbs on the mid console after a few road trips. Keep in mind No one rides in the back, so that’s brand new.What a disappointment!!! The crumbs were still there. Not only my console wasn’t clean but I guess the wet rug that was used to smush them was used over the stirring wheel and the dashboard. So I got some wet crumbs on my hands and clothes when I was driving off. The carpets look barely vacuumed. I have NO idea what I paid $26 for!

Not really happy with the work. I payed for a 70 dollars car vacuum because of the dog hair.. and the hair is still a lot of hair. And the car smells like a the vacuum..To respond to your answer! He never said that is was impossible! He said it was difficult! And I vacuum it at home and remove the rest of the hair! It is not fair I was told 25 to remove the hair and then I was charge 70! I even had the girl come to back and ask why so much! For you to tell me that you couldn’t remove the hair don’t you think?Over all it really sucks that when a customer is not happy! You guys just decide to fight the reasons why it wast a good job!It just seems so much easier to say! Oh we charged you 70 but it was an impossible thing to do, compare to say come and we can re evalute the conditions of the car!I personally with a home vacuum got the hair that you said was impossible!I really think I wasted my time and money on you! And I can see you don’t care!

I’ve had my cars washed here a few times buying the top of the line wash (The Works) and had been quite satisfied. But today I drove in for a wash (The Works ) and told the technician that there are many bird droppings that need to be taken care of. He said OK and when the wash was done there were still a lot of the droppings on the roof, the outside rear view mirrors, the windshield, the doors, and the wiper blades. The same tech argued with me that I did not pay for cleaning all that. But grudgingly he cleaned them off after much verbal exchanges! I did not expect that especially after I had paid for the top of the line wash and not the $5.95 wash!! I live not far from this car wash and is v convenient for me to take my cars there. But I doubt I’ll use this car wash again considering the tech’s rudeness. Customer beware!!!

Terrible, stay away.100% disappointed and guaranteed not to go back. I payed for The works and got way less than The Standard Wash. With the works I was supposed to get everything from the standard plus wheels hand cleaned and ArmoreAll tires along with many other services. My car went in and out in about 5 min. The vacuum job was v poor with dirt left on seats and floors, the middle console was not wiped. The whole wiping job was v poor as well. Wheels were not touched by any hand. The rims were just how they got in except wet. When I pointed everything out the cashier girl came out. There was no manager and the cleaner crew didnt speak any English. I asked for a refund on the difference between the works and the standard (few dollars) and she said no. They then preceded to fix the job. They took the wet dirty cloth and fastly swooshed over the rims of the tires, with the same cloth they went over my seats. They sprayed a ton of Windex on my leather seats leaving them drenched. My legs were itching from sitting on them. As I was driving away I see ton of spots and smudges on my windchill that supposed to be Vision Clear Windchill Treated. I dont usually take the time to write reviews but this one HAD to be done.

Amazing value for the detail!

Its ok. I gotta say couple weeks ago I went there and I had to dry my car off when I got home. Today I paid extra to get armor all on the wheels. Only thing is they dont clean the wheels or wipe them off just apply armor all. Last time I went I gave a 10 dollar tip because I saw how hard they were working. Today I handed the ticket to the guy drying off the car. I didnt have cash on me,I did in the arm rest. I hand him the ticket and before I could give him a tip he said what ? No tip in a very sarcastic way. Ok so he walked away and I put my car Im gear and left. You know Ill say there is something to be said about always be nice and having patience. It was rude. Ill just elsewhere when I need my car washed.

This is one of the worst car wash I’ve ever been .When it comes to getting my car clean, I make sure whatever package comes with cleaning dust and vacume is what I always get as far as interior goes.The guy didn’t vacume properlyDust and stains still on my dash board,Soap is still still around my trunk. And I got their the works package $25.If I’m paying that much for some one to clean my car I expect a good vacume and dust clean. As soon as I left I had to spend 30 min of my own time to clean areas that car wash didn’t clean.Waste of time. Don’t go here

This is the second review I am posting. The owner of this car wash is rude beyond words and his car wash is the WORST on the northshore. My car was filthy after the$16.95 wash and when I called the owner he did not care at all. Called me a liar and told me to go complain to the BBB which gives him a B- and his reviews are pathetic. He swore at me when I insisted on my money returned and hung up. DO NOT WASTE ONE PENNY AT THIS CAR WASH

They do an alright job. They get super busy, and the busier it is, the less attention your car gets. Also, watch and make sure they actually add your wash to your 10th wash Free account. They forget sometimes.

The worst place ever be aware They scratch all my rims in my car and they told me that this is not their fault the rims are brand new in this truck and they just saying no!!!!!

Spent $14 for their standard wash and car was still dirty in places, had to finish it up myself. Will not be returning.

This is an automatic car wash not hand wash. They do a pretty poor job on interior. I could hardly tell my car was even vacuumed. Not worth the price they charge here.
