Yvonne was very pleasant and professional over the phone. I ordered a bounce house and it was delivered on time. The installers were professional and they all wore mask. I recommend their service wholeheartedly.

Booked a dunk tank for Little League event. Delivery guys were nice, the dunk tank was rubbish. They used an old shirt stuffed in the drain hole instead of using an actual plug. Needless to say it leaked all day. I pulled it out and wrapped a plastic bag around it to stop the leaking. Front of tank was cracked and leaked all day. Reset mechanism needed constant attention, had to stick your hands inside the mechanism and constantly move pieces around to reset platform. Used them in the past with no issues, this time it was nothing but a disaster.

Busy bees is great. You soon to realize now that they are family owned and Ive read some of the reviews and idk about you but Diane is great she is the owner but you do need to understand she is older so I would assume she gets overwhelmed fast. And Ive been getting from her from years and I dont have a single complaint. If you use busy bees 100% guarantee youll be happy

Great from start to end. They called before to confirm my address and the delivery guy was very polite. Kids had a great time (and so did my husband!!) on the water slide. We got the screamer and my neighbor is getting it next month!

Worst company EVER!!! I booked these people on 04/23/2015 for my daughters 10th birthday party event for 05/16/2015. I had reserved the bungee jump stations and the adrenalin rush obstacle course, snow cone machine, and 2hrs of 1 character face painting and stuff. They never called me. I had to call them the day of my daughters party to see what was going on, because the setup time was for 10:30 and it was 11:0am already. They said they where having mechanical issues with the bungee jump and should have it fixed. After calling for hours with no answer someone finally called me to say they canceled my complete order this was at 2pm on birthday day they were not going to be doing my daughters party and my next event will be free. THEY RUINED MY DAUGHTERS PARTY. I had 50 kids with nothing to play with how embarrassing. The look on my daughters face was heart breaking. I had to run out to Toy R Us and grab up any toy that I could think of. I ended up spending over 500.00 just at Toy R Us. I will never use this place again. I reserved them way in advance and paid a deposit, and still to this day I have not received my deposit back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A BETTER COMPANY, SO YOU DONT EVER HAVE TO SEE THE SAD LOOK IN YOUR CHILD EYES. SOMETHINGS YOU CAN NOT GET BACK.

Rented a Spider-Man bounce house it was amazing . They were on time even early and due to my HOA it had to be picked up the same day . And they were so accommodating I had a perfect experience with them!

Ive used this company before and have always been satisfied. This time, definitely not. When I booked the items, I gave specific details/name of which one I wanted. I was told theyd drop it off Friday (day before party) which was fine. Friday morning I call, text and email throughout day with no luck. Finally around 7 I get a call back explaining they wouldnt drop it off due to rain/lightning. Completely understand. I confirmed the items we wanted and they confirmed. Saturday morning they come and it is not the item we wanted. The driver had no idea which one we were supposed to get. I take a picture and send it letting them know its not the correct one. I get a text back that the one we wanted was ripped and being repaired. Wow, overnight?! They offered me money off. I agreed just because my daughters party was starting in 30 minutes. My kids get in and come out saying that it was so dirty, there were black/green dots all over inside. Normally the person setting up wipes them down, but this guy set up and left. He even forgot to leave the items for the snow cone and had to come back. Well needless to say, the bounce house and snow cone machine are still at my house (its 1:14pm Sunday) and Ive called and texted with no response back. This company has horrible communication skills and I will never do business with them again.Update to my review from 10/02/16 at 1:14pm: It is now 6:22pm and I have yet to receive any response back from this company. Multiple texts and calls/messages with nothing in return. This company has no regard for peoples time or property as Im sure underneath the unit, my grass has probably started to die. Over 24 hours with the unit when I only needed it until 6pm on 10/01/16.2nd Update: it is 11:00am 10/3/16 and I receive a text at 10:50am saying sorry for the inconvenience that someone is on their way to pick up the unit. I called them immediately (no more than 30 seconds) after getting the text and surprise! No one answers. I told them not to go on my property without me there and they dont respond with a time. Stay far away from this company!!!!3rd Update: Owner finally called me at 11:09am. I am so displeased I cant even make a full sentence!!! 48 hours with the unit on my grass and when I express how my grass will probably be dead she had the audacity to tell me it probably has helped my grass if anything. Seriously?!?! We scheduled a time for pickup of 2pm. Lets see what happens.Again, Steer clear of this company!!!!

Good place have great people and service

It never crossed my mind to read these reviews before booking with this company. I got their name off an approved vendors list from Vista View Park. I trusted the park that the vendors had a good reputation. I usually rent from companies in Miami-Dade County. I am new to Broward so I didnt know of any the approved vendors. I booked a bounce house for my sons birthday 3 weeks prior to the party date. The week before the party Hurricane Matthew made its way towards us. The party was Saturday after our hurricane warning. Per the park the party was still a go being that there was no damage. The day before the party Diane from Busy Bee texted me saying she assumed the party was cancelled. I responded saying that the park confirmed therefore the party was still on. She said she would let me know the following day (Saturday the day of the party) if they were able to deliver the bounce house because of the weather conditions. I responded and said that the weather was going to be beautiful on Saturday and even the county park was open for business. She said she would contact the owner and get back to me. I told her I needed a response that day because if they couldnt render the services I would look somewhere else. In about hour Diane texted me and said that the party was a go and they would deliver to the park between 12-12:30 pm. My party was schedule to start at 1pm. Saturday came and I was at the park at 11:30 am waiting for delivery of the bounce house. 12 pm came and went then 12:30 pm came and went. I began to panic as I had about 25 kids coming to the party and that was the entertainment. I began to call and text Diane and I got no response. I left messages, I called the companies main phone number I emailed and got no response. I tried to call from different cell phones belonging to the guests at my party to see if they would pick up and nothing. I went to the park office and explained and they gave me the vendors list again. I was able to get whatever bounce house was available from Parties N Bounce at the last minute but since I called them around 1:30pm they delivered around 4 pm so the kids only jumped For about an hour. Besides the unprofessionalism from Busy Bee my son autistic so he didnt understand why the sports bouncer he wanted was not there. Busy Bee Bounce is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would like to recommend Parties N Bounce as they really helped me out and got to the party as fast as they could and did not take advantage of my situation. They truly dos their best to accommodate me and the kids at the party! Thank you Parties N Bounce and Busy Bee you should be ashamed to call yourselves a business! Do not use Busy Bee Bounce. Unprofessional individuals!!!!

Do not use this bounce house place. They were one hour late dropping off the bounce house. The bounce house was filty. There was old chips and food stains. When I called to complain the lady acted like she could care less. I even sent in pics of how dirty it was. They still charged me the full price. Dont use this place.
