They set up an appointment for 2 to 4. At 405 they hadnt called or showed up. I called them to find out what was going on. At 420 I heard that he was running late and wouldnt be there for another 20 minutes. I told him not to come. I want an elevator company that I can rely on. He could have called earlier in the day or re scheduled he did neither.

I have a new home, which we included an elevator. The house was delivered in July and the elevator is not yet completed.The company is slow to react and the employees have bad, to say the least, attitude. Fortunately the city of Miami Beach inspector is forcing them to fix everything otherwise at this point I would be seeking legal assistance.
