How do companies like this keep getting trucks to haul freight to them!! They wont even let you come into their huge parking lot it has a gate, 4 big trucks are out in the road waiting for security to come get you when they have a door ready at your appointment time, so if a car runs into your truck while youre sitting for hours on a 4 lane hwy good luck with that law suit. Management safety doesnt just start and end with the driver it takes effort on all companies involved treat drivers like they are humans and respect them let them through the gate so they can wait on their dock ,so they can be safe instead of sitting in the road!! You all should know better than this!!

YOU KNOW IM GLAD I AM THE WAY THAT I AM. I TRY TO BE HONEST AND A GOOD PERSON AND AT THE END OF THE DAY IT DOSENTMATTER..I APPLIED TWICE AT REPUBLIC AND AGAIN THEY REMAINED QUIET AND PUT AN ADD ON THEIR WEB SITE. FOR A DRIVER. AND THE REASON THEY DINT HIRE ME WAS BECAUSE I ASK IF THE DRIVERS REALLY DID 30 STOPS..SO JUST IN CASE IF YOU CANT DO 30 STOPS DONT TELL THEM..THATS AGAINST THE RULES....SO IM GLAD I REALLY FOUND OUT ABOUT REPUBLIC NATIONAL...I DONT NEED TO WORK FOR A COMPANY LIKE THIS...... TO ME THEY DONT COMMUNICATE.......THEY LIE TO ME THEY DINT KNOW BUT THE MINUTE I FINISH THE INTERVIEW ..I HAD NO PLANS ON WORKING FOR THEM...WHEN THEY TOLD ME THE WASNT IN NO HURRY TO HIRE ANYBODY...RIGHT THEN I KNEW. THEY HAD NO PLANS TO HIRE ME...AND ANYWAY IT WAS TO FAR FOR ME TO DRIVE..EVEN IF THEY PAY ME $1000 AN HOUR NO THANKS....I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY...BE CAREFUL..THEY WILL LIE TO YOU...LIKE THEY DID TO ME

Arrive 0730 for 0800 appt. Gates were open so i drove in. Went to check in. Was told its not my appt time yet go back out to street and wait for clerk to come get me. Its 830 now walked in same clerk, i know your there ill get to you when were ready for you. They have 14 recieving docks. Only 2 were in use and had over 10 unloaders sitting on forklifts talking back and forth waiting.

I was so happy to get this job but that changed after just a few weeks. The management is beyond terrible & the pay for the type of work is not good at all. You work from 6:25pm til finish which could be 7am or 10am with only a 45 minute break which 30 Minutes you can go where you want but the last 15 they want you back in the building or they will lock you out. Then you get a 15 minute break now thats it no matter if your there 10 or 14 hours. There is no air conditioning in the building only for the managers in there office. I would not take this job unless you dont have a life at all I mean no family or nothing.

The worcsed company every to order wine or liquor over this company is ridicules if you are lucky you get the orders after a month of ordering!! Area manager is a joke laying with every single order, to get someone hire then the area manager forget it David or similar is supposed to be a big guy NO REACTION LIKE ALL ON OUR CALLS!its very bad for the companies who has the products with them... they hurting the business with no caring at all!!!

Very long wait for the drop off they will take a lumber fee then do non for those truck drivers who have more drops good luck 6 hours and counting 😩

SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMER ??My name is Leonardo Baldi and I am the owner of Dolce Salato Pizza and Gelato in Fort Lauderdale.We opened the place in 2015 and we are selling Moretti and Barbera Chiarlo since…We also started up, in 2012, Duetto Pizza and Gelato (Vivanoi LLC) in Key West where we served Moretti until we sold the business in 2015.In all these years we never had any issue with payment of your bills. maybe a couple of days after the 10days but we always paid your bills like any other bill of any other supplier.Unfortunately a few of weeks ago , we overlooked the Invoice 3411687 for $ 197.40 that has been left unpaid.Your office and your sales rep. , who I don’t see here since more than one year, instead of kindly let me know that something was wrong.. thought it was better to inform the State of Florida in order to put our license on hold.Only on August 16th (more than 10 days after the hold has been issued) your sales rep. sent us a text to inform us.. I immediately replied and immediately mailed a check that was delivered the very next day!I know that we are a very small business of no interest for your important corporation but fairness in business is important no matter what.. and you have not been fair in any way to us.Obviously we won’t buy from you anymore which means we won’t sell Moretti Beer and Barbera Chiarlo that , because of the anachronistic Florida alcohol law, we must get from you only..Too bad !
