Elizabeth was very patient while I dealt with an issue with my credit card company. She made helpful suggestions and was very personable and polite throughout the process. Definitely will rent from this location again!

Did not Honor a reservation that was booked over a month in advance and provided no options for other suitable replacement. Had to spend $1600 on airline tickets for my family of 5 to go to Atlanta GA for a wedding. Called customer service the were useless I will never reserve or rent from This company ever again. To update my review on 1/3/2020 I have called several times to talk to the location because Hertz 800 number says I can only be compensated by the location for my inconvenience they now do not answer my calls they mus have caller ID. ALSO be ware Hertz owns Dollar rental car. I did rent from them in Atlanta when we had to Fly last minute and they did have my car as reserved.
