I don’t understand the bad reviews!! The ladies here were so nice and helpful. Super quick and easy to get my bloodwork. I will definitely go back to this location.

Came to this location WITH APPOINTMENT base on the reviews; location was clean to the eye ;however, NO hand sanitizer and not seeing rutine cleanup, not as busy at all ;nevertheless, I waited over 40 minutes to get call to check my doctors test request...Attendant could be nicer and more effective instead of being gossip and chatting with the other employees, after got in it was 2 minutes and out. One dont undertand why takes o er 45 minutes to get a blood test there when place was almost emply! These people dont respect appointments and the valuable time of the CUSTOMERS !!

I’ve been to this LabCorp three times and always have problems with anyone who is working the front desk (very rude and not helpful). However, the phlebotomists are always quick, helpful, and polite. In the future I’ll be going to another location that is further away but hopefully more helpful.

Fast service and great staff. I was so nervous about giving blood with everything going on but the receptionist and nurse kept me smiling and I couldnt even feel her taking blood she was so gentle. Thanks for amazing service

Another great experience at this location. Nikki is the best. I had a 2:15 appointment. I was back in my car, bandaged up after some routine bloodwork by 2:25. She is knowledgeable, courteous and I will never go anywhere else for this type of testing.

Staff is very courteous and professional. They work but are still very patient with clients who aren’t always feeling their best. Nicki is truly awesome. I travel from Fort Lauderdale to Deerfield to have my blood drawn because I know I will be treated very well.

The staff was great, very professional and efficient. I had to do a 3hrs glucose test and William was so helpful. She explained the whole procedure before we started and even though the test requires a lot of blood draws, the whole process was painless. I would recommend this location.

Typically, my mother has problems with those in the medical industry with finding her vein. Very difficult! But every time she has gone to Lab Corp in Deerfield Beach, FL, there is no problem. The nurse Wenlie (I believe this is her name) was excellent and very professional. My mother sat in the chair and Wenlie took only 2 min of her time. She took blood from my mother without poking her, effortlessly.I live in Coral Springs, but will travel to Deerfield Beach because there is never an issue there. I’m thankful for their staff.

This Labcorp is nothing nice. The receptionist is rude with so much attitude. She doesn’t greet you when you come in, she’s rude. She called my mom’s name to come to the window once I got there because my mom don’t move fast so I went, she ignored me then called the next patient. She’s always looking at you like you’re wrong and she’s always right. It’s just an uncomfortable environment for me, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone, just because of her. On the other hand the phlebotomists is super nice she’s always finding my mom’s veins gently and fast she’s the best.

Very clean and efficient ! Great experience! Despite being short staffed I was out within an hour without an appointment . Nikki took care of me. She is very skilled at her job. I was nervous about needles but she moved so fast that I barely felt anything. I would recommend this location to anyone . Youre in good hands !

Dont bother to make a appointment because they see you when they feel like it. I entered the office and went to the window and the person behind the desk ignored me. I finally got her attention and she said go sign in. I looked around and saw another window and walked to that one and again she ignored me. Finally she looked up and said sign in. I saw sign in computers at the other side of the room and signed in. Staff are unfriendly and somewhat rude. Glad this business has a monopoly or they would be out of business.

The staff was professional, efficient & polite. I dreading going but left feeling pleased because of the high level of service and efficiency! I didnt have to wait beyond my appointment time & I was home in time to eat breakfast with my family. Note: This review is overdue but i felt it was necessary because Im telling and referring all of my friends & family to go there... too. Its not much on frills but its clean & pleasant.

I went to this location today to get some routine blood work done. I have to say, I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in and out. Once I signed in, I waited no more than 10 minutes before Nikki from behind the window said Come on hun, lets get you out of here. In the back it took her only minutes to finish the exams, blood-work, paperwork, etc.. and then gave me some good advice on where to go for additional testing that I required. Overall I spent 23 minutes in and out and was EXTREMELY satisfied with Nikkis kindness and efficiency at her job. I should note the other gal working with Nikki today was also very courteous and quick with her patients. THANK YOU LABCORP + NIKKI!

Stay away from this place...rude people... I’ve been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks for a lab result... nothing still...when you call the number you’re not given an option to speak to anyone except a 1800 number that doesn’t get you anywhere...I only go to LabCorp because that’s what my insurance covers...next time I’ll drive further to a different place... maybe I’ll have a different experience there...Update... just found out they can’t find anything related to me even being there... when I saw the lady label my container right in front of me, I even double checked the spelling...Incompetence at its best.

RUN to Quest Diagnostics! I had a 7:15am appointment and it disappeared even though I had email confirmation. Last week I waited 2 hours and left! It’s the worst run Labcorp. They are lazy & disorganized. The girl on the computer it appears goes by the sign in sheet not the appointments. She’s also very slow at computer input and old woman drawing blood is awful!

Nikki and her coworker were very nice and made the experience as painless as possible, would return.

My wife sat here waiting for more than 2 hours to be seen. No feed back from the personnel. Stay away!

Went to this location and they do not do drug screening. They should stop posting that they do them before you show up and a rude person at the window tells you to go to another location.

Who closes a business for lunch and not leave a place so I can drop off samples.....Not just that but they say 1230pm to 1pm and its 1:15pm and it still closed. This is BS

Even with an appointment you will wait 1 to 2 hrs. They are extremely slow.

Avoid going to this location! Rude staff they just dont care if wait for 2 hours for a simple blood work ridiculous waiting time.

Service is so bad in this place, employees are just rude.
