We love the workmanship that went into our new bathroom. Joyce did a great design and incorporated everything that we wanted. We are so pleased with the storage, shower and the lighting. Mario was a master at laying the tile and his workmanship was very precise. He as well as others who worked on the remodeling were professional, courtesy and kept things neat and clean as they could. Glen kept us appraised of when the plumbers, electrician and inspectors were to come in. We would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

Wyman Builders completely renovated our master bath. They exceeded our expectations in absolutely every area. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Joyce’s knowledge and professionalism gave us great comfort as we watched our bathroom transform into a work of art. From the beginning, Joyce listened to what we wanted, offering suggestions, but not pushing us into something we didn’t want. She provided us with such an amazing selection of choices, we felt like we would get the perfect bathroom…. and we did! Glen always responded to our text messages immediately, making sure the job ran smoothly. Mario was amazing, asking us questions as the job progressed to assure we had exactly what we wanted. He gave us daily updates leaving us feeling there would be no surprises. In fact, the only surprise, was how quickly they got the job done (staying on the promised schedule, despite Covid-19), and how beautifully it turned out. We recommend them without hesitation.

Jeff Wyman and Joyce are a phenominal general contractor that designed and built my water damaged home. They have far exceeded my expectations and their performance and work ethic is outstanding. All of their employees are high end finish craftsmen, extremely polite and clean and arrived promptly daily. There were no sub-contractors on the job. I believe on top of being excellent, there wasnt a punch list for my project. It is my pleasure to write this review. If you are looking for high end, quality work and on time contractors, Jeff and Company is undoubtedly the way to go.

Wyman Builders is an excellent company. Joyce Wyman kept in touch with me every step of the project. They are very professional, well organized, detail oriented, and have great people working for them. They showed up on time, cared about the quality of their work, and were meticulous about keeping things as clean possible during the project. The work was completed on time and I am very happy with the new look of my powder room. Although the room was small, the work involved was more extensive than one might imagine and they did a beautiful job.

I wanted a contractor to look at my project, i.e. structural changes. I already have a design drawn up. The female designer I talked to was more interested in doing the design and selling me cabinets, and wanted me to come to the show room. I was unable to make an appointment to have someone come to my house. If I was unable to get what I want and need out of an appointment, it was clear my renovation wishes would be secondary to accommodating this contractor.Rebuttal. Since I dont know the floor plan because you refuse to come and give me an estimate on the structural changes, why in the world would I come look at cabinets. That is putting the cart ahead of the horse and forcing me to do this your way. Not my first rodeo, and you as a designer are totally unable to help me at this point. Looking for a company that wants to accommodate me, not the other way around. And nothing has been decided.

We have just completed a full master bathroom remodel with Wyman Builders and are ecstatic with both the process and results. From design review with Joyce, to project oversight by Glen, to master craftsmen like Mariusz, every process was performed to the highest standards. Our house is now 26 years old. In the past 24 months, as well as this project, we replaced our roof and gutters, remodeled our pool, as well as several other projects. In all cases, except with Wyman Builders, I felt I needed to closely monitor all activities to hopefully achieve the desired outcome. With Wyman it was the opposite. I kept out of the way with the finest results. We all know how difficult it can be to find competent contractors in South Florida. We contracted with Wyman Builders to renovate our kitchen which also involved the relocation of an existing wall. In addition, they installed crown molding and replaced the baseboard molding throughout the first floor. We are extremely pleased with both our decision to engage with Wyman and with the final results.The project was managed in a very professional manner and Wyman was very responsive to our needs. Their overall performance was terrific. The high quality workmanship and attention to detail is reflected in our wonderful new kitchen.We worked closely with Joyce Wyman during all phases of the project from planning, initial design, selection of cabinets and materials through to completion. The day today project was well managed by Glen who was responsible for maintaining the schedule, as well as providing technical and pragmatic guidance to the team. We hired Wyman Builders to renovate our master bathroom, after they were highly recommended by one of our neighbors who also used them for a master bath project. They did a great job!The project consisted of removing everything in our bathroom and installing cabinets, a new shower, tile on the floor and in the shower, and a new toilet. We worked primarily with Joyce Wyman and her project manager Glen, and occasionally with Jeff Wyman, and all of them were great. Mario, who did all the tile and cabinet work. was awesome.Wyman Builders has very high standards for their work, and that was clearly evident on our project. A couple of the people who worked on our bathroom made mistakes, and they no longer work for Wyman. Any issues, most of which were noticed by one of the Wyman team rather than us, were taken care of.The project was originally estimated to take 6 weeks, but it actually took 10. One reason was because chose glass tile for the shower, which is harder to work with than other materials, and another was because Wyman discovered some water damage under the bathroom window, which they spent extra time repairing. Wyman charges a lot for their services, but they take care of all the details and do top quality work.I would not hesitate to use Wyman Builders for our next renovation project (which hopefully wont happen for a while :-). I recommended them to one of our other neighbors, who decided to hire them for a kitchen renovation project, and I would highly recommend them to everyone else.

From the planning phase to job completion probably the best experience we have ever had with any contractor in our 65 years. Our master and guest bathrooms look fantastic! Their attention to detail and design expertise are exceptional. Just one example of how they went the extra mile was when Mike took us to the showroom to try out the jacuzzi tubs to get EXACTLY what we wanted in our master. A special shoutout to Mike, Glen and Mario whose expertise and patience was greatly appreciated! We would recommend Wyman Builders to anyone looking for a home remodel and will use them again.

Joyce and Jeff Wyman, and their staff provide high quality, professional work from start to finish. This included any town applications and approvals. All prices and add ons were clearly written down so we knew what to expect as far as the cost. They offer high end, quality products that will last forever. They designed and built our kitchen and bathroom. Oh what fun going to the warehouse picking out the granite! Each detail is shared with you and expert ideas are offered on how to create a better, functional environment. They also added a hot water heater in an out of the way area as they thought ahead about our water needs for the new bathtub. They also put in wood floors and had someone come in to paint the walls. When the painters did not do a good job he had them come in under his supervision to redo them at no cost to us! Most of all, it was fun getting to know these two special people who give their all to what they do.

I put this project off for years because of space challenges, and I simply did not have the resources or knowledge to pull it all together. Finally I contacted Wyman Builders, and they designed the space efficiently to include my dream bathtub. Joyce helped me select the perfect materials to bring the whole room together. I always felt secure in knowing she would let me choose what I liked but also steer me away from making any mistakes that I would later regret. Joyce & Jeff Wyman, as soon as they looked at our kitchen, pictured it as an empty space. The design that followed from this strategy gave us a VERY efficient kitchen. Even though it is small kitchen, it was laid out so that we have the best utilization of space.All the work was done while we were out of town. When we returned, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent workmanship. And even found that some things were done that were not in the contract, but added to the beauty of the kitchen.There was a small punch list that was taken care of without any hesitation or problems. All in all it was a GREAT experience using Wyman Builders!!
