I had two shower area to renovate. One area was a tub to shower conversion. My priorities in selecting the type of material were, economics and relatively clean process. I didnt want the mess of removing existing wall tile. After a search I settled upon Bath Fitter. My first contact at the Deerfield store was Leslie Dengler. She was great! Leslie oriented me about the product, choices available in the details for selection and steps to proceed. My next step was the meeting with the manager, Todd to settle on details and start the ordering process. This past week, 6/21/2021 the work began. Jason Pope arrived on time and proceeded with the plumbing changes needed. Jason was polite, did the work and left a very clean space and he did all preliminary work needed so the installers could continue. Jason removed all debris and the tub which were hauled away by Bath Fitters. He also left a very clean bathroom. Following the city inspection/approval of the plumbing, the installation commenced the next day. Again, both installers , Liviu Papuc and Steven Kuhn arrived as scheduled, wearing masks, and created a safe and clean environment in which to work . Both installers work on their respective bathroom all day. The shower area was completed in one day. Again, Steven left me with a very clean bathroom and all debris removed. The tub to shower conversion required two day. Liviu arrived on time on the agreed second date and he also did a great job finishing the shower area and left me with a very clean bathroom. All workers would answer any questions I had, gave helpful hints to maintain. We had a consultation with Pat from the Deerfield Beach location. She was professional and knowledgeable, providing us with everything we needed to make a good choice. I never felt we were being pressured or dealing with upselling; in fact, she made several cost saving suggestions. We were able to schedule two crews to do both of our bathrooms on the same day. The installers (Steve and Alejandro) arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and got both bathrooms done within six hours, then cleaned up every trace. The bathtub and the shower both look great. We were very pleased with this experience, and would recommend to anyone looking for a lower cost alternative to a full renovation.

We used Bath Fitter to upgrade our shower wall and floor tiles. They lay an acrylic plastic sheets over the existing tiles, without demolitions, and mold it into shape to fit the spaces. All the openings are sealed tight between acrylic plastic sheet and the tiles. Well after a few years, our shower floor becomes detached from the floor tiles, and is trapping water in between. The seal must have been broken and water has leaked inside the void space. We are concerned with potential mold issues in the near future.Their product is supposed to have a life time warranty, however, when We called to inform them of our problem, no one has returned our phone calls and text messages. Its been a while now. It seems they are not honoring their lifetime warranty.

I signed the contract , Bath Fitters took it from there with almost no involvement from me. I had a great experience with Bath Fitter from start to finish. My consultant was great and identified my needs and totally pegged my style from the beginning. The installation process was fairly quick (a day and a half) and the staff was very professional. I wanted to make some changes to the finishing touches on the bath tub/shower and customer service was very kind and professional in helping me get that scheduled. The ONLY reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because I think the product is a tad expensive and it took 5-6 weeks to get on the schedule. But it does look great and theres absolutely no mess involved.

All appointments, from sales to installation were kept promptly. All questions answered fully by polite and friendly staff, installation process fully explained by the sales rep. Very pleased with the finished look and solid feel of our new shower enclosure.

06.10.16Should have known better when I got attitude when I had to cancel the consultation at the last minute because one of my kids was sick. They kept calling and I refused to answer the phone then I told them what happened and the calls finally stopped. My husband and I started the remodel of the bathroom and realized we couldnt do the tub by ourselves so we called Bath Fitter. Today is the day of installation and the installer was supposed to be here at 8:45. At 9:15 I called the company. Their installer went to the wrong stop. Supposedly the installer was packing up and on his was. Still not here and it is now 9:45. Have another appointment coming to my home at noon and they need water. So right now Im screwed. I have to be at work at 1:30 but I cant leave until the installer is done. This is the worst decision I have made. I will follow up once the installation is done as to the quality of the job.06.14.16Installer arrives on time. Bath Fitter told me it would be a 3 hour job. Installer was here for 8 hours. the warehouse gave him the wrong valve and did not give him the spout. he found a valve in his truck that would fit but I would have to wait until tomorrow to put on the spout. so pissed.06.15.16different installer comes and installs the spout. since it has been 24 hours since the walls were put on installer told me the shower could be used. my son went to shower. the new shower fixture has to be pulled to get the water flowing. when he pulled on the handle the wall came with it. he thought the fixture was going to come off or even worse, the wall come off. when he lifted the handle on the spout to make the shower come on the spout was loose and almost came off.never, never use these people. they are horrible

Work was not completed but they charged my credit card for the balance. My story, I had them re do my bath and install a walk in shower. I requested they use my old shower head instead of a new one that came with the walk in shower. This request was written in the contract, The plumber removed and took my old shower head. Called the office immediately after he left, and they assured me they will return it. Additionally, the plumber broke a floor tile and so far Bath Fitter has not returned to replace it as they agreed to do. I contacted my credit company and put a payment rebuttal..

The entire process from estimate, installation and payment was easy and pleasurable. They came when at their appointment time and completed the job that day. We will be using them for our second bathroom too.

I could not be happier with my new bath tub. The entire experience from the in home consultation with Pat, to the installer Noel was very professional. I received a call the day before confirming my appointment for the installation the next day and Noel was there right on time. I was originally contemplating changing the tile just to change out the tub and I am so happy I did not. There was no mess and it was completed in less that two hours.

Our old cast iron tub was taken out and replaced with an acrylic tub. The installer was very efficient and made the adjustments we asked for in placement of the tub. He was very efficient and cleaned up after installation. It was a very positive experience.

Had our main bathroom done last year, June 2017. Love it. Sales rep, Lisa was very professional, knew her job, inside and out. The call for appointment was much sooner than expected. We were running around trying to get OUR prep work done. We changed sink, vanity, toilet, and floor tiles. Other than that rush, everything went smoothly. Installer was super nice. We love it so much, we called Lisa and are in the process of having the second bathroom done. OUR prep work will be the same. So hopefully by May 1st, well have second beautiful bathroom.

Our new shower was installed yesterday. We have not yet had a chance to use it, but the installer was excellent doing the installation, he answered all of our questions and was very helpful to us. We highly recommend Bath Fitter after our pleasant experience with them.

Stay away waste of money $6,700 down the drain I just had this done 9 months ago poor quality shower doors with soap scum that wont come off poor quality tub that has stains I am someone that cleans my bathroom everyday and it looks dirty plus they had to come out 2 times and refix everything for another 3,000 I could of had a brand-new bathroom the products are poor quality they willl tell you what you want to hear to get your money dont waste it stay away

The Bath Fitter salesman was prompt, courteous and new what she was doing. She gave me a Quote that beat the competition by a mile. So far Bath Fitters is getting five stars.

Bath Fitter product is not worth the money. It looks good on the commercials and maybe at the home shows, but after it is installed it doesnt hold up to its name. I had my master bath shower done by bath fitters, and it took longer than I expected. It was not done in the time as promised. After it was finally installed my shower door was done with cheap plastic glass which would shake every time I closed the shower door. After 1 year the silicon between the cracks started peeling and the lower bottom corner started lifting up, and swelling from the wall. I have been trying to get them out to repair it for 2 weeks. The person who takes the calls keep telling me that someone will call me to make an appointment to come out, but no one has call me yet. I paid over $9,000.00 for this bathroom. People save your money and get a traditional bath room with regular tile done. Trust me this product is not worth it. They do not stand behind there work after it is installed.

We ordered the new tub and it was delivered in 3 weeks. Newell installed it in just over any hour. We love it! It was much cheaper than tearing out the tile and tub.

WOW!!! My face made the same impression you see on t.v. when someone sees the finished product for the first time. I could not believe how great my shower looked after Alejandro and Markiel worked at my house. Alejandro came on Saturday morning, around 8:30 am, and Markiel arrived to help later on. By the two of them working together, the whole job was done by 1:30 pm. My shower looks like an upscale, hotel model...complete with subway tile, safety handle, dish tray and shelves. I used them for 5 bathrooms in my apartment building and I regret doing it. I should have replaced the walls and tubs. On 3 of the 5 bathrooms the glue behind the walls lost adhesion causing the walls to bow out. They came back and fixed it only to have it happen again to 2 of the 3 that they fixed. Just last week a soap dish that was part of the shower fell off. Service call to repair was over 2 weeks out. Product looks great, but not for the long run. Best to replace, not resurface IMO

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called looking for a basic estimate and had a few basic questions regarding the process. Karen, their phone rep, was EXTREMELY unhelpful, outright refusing to answer my questions. That first conversation left such a bad taste in my mouth that I instantly decided that I cannot have this company doing work in my home. If they cant even be courteous or helpful from conversation one, how can anybody expect them to do a diligent job at all? Look at all the 1 star reviews - they should speak for themselves. Find another company.

I needed to remodel the bathroom of my 30 year-old condo and I was ready to go with traditional tile & grout and a new tub. This would have been a major, extremely messy, long project and instead, for practically the same money I decided to use bathfitters and the entire job was done in one day. There are no seams & no grout lines - just a perfectly smooth, clean surface that goes up to the ceiling. They did not have to demolish my bathroom and remove the old tub - they just left everything in place and went over it with a fantastic cover - custom fit panels that go from floor to ceiling and look awesome. Its like a high-tech, high-end glove that fit perfectly. And the glass shower doors they used were better than anything I ever could have imagined - the close & seal automatically and not a drop of water gets out. There is a lifetime warranty on the beautiful chrome Moen fixtures. I find myself sometimes just standing in awe at the bathroom looking at the work they did. Considering that there will never be any discolored, chipping, flaking grout or any cracked tiles, the price I paid for bathfitters was a real bargain.
