Dogs are lucky to have such a caring person begin this Rescue. Lisa is all about the well being of all dogs. Whether found sick or injured in the street, or if a fur baby is surrendered to Dogs Rule Rescue. Lisa and all her volunteers work tirelessly to make sure all pups are brought back to health and adopted by a good family!
