Gerard Scully served my 13 year old niece with legal papers, even though he was told by my niece that she was only 13 years old. He assured her it was not a problem and that she could sign, then he filed a sworn affidavit stating that my niece was approximately 20 years old! As a licensed process server I am certain he knows that a 13 year old does not meet the required person of suitable age and discretion standard, hence why he lied and stated that she was approximately 20 years old. Completely unethical and unacceptable!

Alstate process server filed a false sworn statement in the Supreme Court claiming she personally served my husband legal papers on 11/15/2017. This is impossible because my husband died several months prior on January 26 2017. I have the death certificate to prove it. This is highly disrespectful to the legal system. This is important for consumers and the attorney general of New York to know. See photos which are all public records.
