I had an accident last month and I had the car towed over to to this location on a Sunday. The next morning when they were open Anthony called me right away and explain to me that he was going to get right on it and order all the parts that were necessary to replace the doors and replace a tire that was slashed as well as my front bumper which had damage on the right side. All the parts were replaced with OEM parts from Toyota. Anthony went above and beyond the service that I was expecting. This place is a wonderful family-owned business filled with amazing technicians that treat you like family not just another customer. When I received my car I actually thought they went and bought a new one and switch the VIN numbers and plate because it looked fabulous and it looked showroom-ready he washed it and waxed both sides even the side that didnt have the damage to make it look perfectly even and made it look brand new as the day I bought it I actually thought I was at a dealership. If I am ever unfortunate to have another accident I definitely will be taking it back here because I know they will take care of this car as if it was their own.

Tony just did a ton of work on my husbands truck. It’s such an amazing transformation. We couldn’t be happier with the results and work that was completed. Had my car recently towed to Dunrite for major repairs. My auto was picked up within minutes and brought to their site. Upon conversation with both Tony and son, I found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to be personable and reassuring. Tony was helpful and from the beginning to the end of my experience. My car was side swipe front to back on driver side. After Tony repairs the car was like new, as if from the showroom. I would refer Tony for any towing and autobody needs.

I met Tony by accident ( pun intended ) on December 3rd 2019 when he was called by police to tow my truck that was in a collision. My entire experience with him and his crew has been exceptional. This review is a trifecta experience. A friend of mine was in an accident and needed to have his Dodge Magnum Hemi repaired...what a wonderful and professional job Tony and the crew did on this car...this remark is not part of the trifecta experience. Because of the wonderful work that Tony Barraco did on the Magnum, when my vehicle needed body repairs, there was no hesitation on my part as where I was going to go to get my car back to showroom quality. This is job # 1. While my Durango (aka 1ARTEMUS) was in the shop being repaired, my son advised me that he was victim of a hit and run and the mirror on his 2020 Ford Explorer had been knocked off. Told him to call Dunrite-Roman, he spoke with Anthony (Tonys son), arrangements were made to replace the mirror and this was all done in 2 DAYS...no muss no fuss DONE. This was job # 2. The third job which was a GIANT cluster ( just having had my car repaired in July 2020) had now been a victim of a hit and run by SCPD. I requested that my car be repaired by my auto collision shop of choice (Dunrite-Roman).Tony literally walked me through the process..appraisal by the Suffolk County adjuster, setting me up with a car rental (Enterprise) while the vehicle was being repaired, went the extra mile getting me the exhaust system from Dodge which was initially on back order for 3 weeks. When I went to pick up my completed vehicle (a week earlier than expected) I literally cried as my DURANGO looked better than when I picked it up new from the dealer. I cannot say enough great things about Tony Barraco/Dunrite-Roman Auto Collision.and crew..you are in GOOD HANDS and it is not Allstate. Hopefully I will never need Dunrite-Romans services again..but I will recommend them to anyone that needs an AWESOME SHOP for their vehicle. Again thank you for a job GREATLY DONE!!!!!!!

The Owner tony is very arrogant -disrespectful- he says hes a straight shooter but obviously his mother did not teach him any manners ! Hes one of those know it all guys -but a complete buffoon !shop should be called Run -Rite for all the runs he leaves in the paint ! -hecould be a good guy if it wasnt for his mouth - Id stay away and find a more modern shop this guy is still stuck in 1965

I recently was involved in an accident upon the great reviews on Dunrite auto collision i called them right away Anthony came and picked me up was very thorough from beginning to the end. Helped me very much explaining the entire process to help me understand my situation, was very attentive also qouted me fairly, took into consideration all my options and helped me out as much as he could. One week later from accident my car was done. The car drives great, feels safe, and also looks exactly the way i wanted it to. These guys are fast professional and very attentive to detail. Well, my BMW truck was brought there by the tow truck after the accident. Wasnt quite sure where to take the vehicle. After speaking to Anthony and dealing with him a few times, I decided to leave it there. I could not have been more pleased. A family shop where you get great customer service, competent workers, and a beautiful paint job. Anthony, in specific, was a pleasure to deal with. Top notch work! My car was parked and got hit by a firetruck. I called Dunrite, and talked with Tony. I had Geico tow the car there and he got on it right away. After 3 weeks, and a much higher estimate then what Geico first thought, I got the car back. Im happy to say it looks brand new. Highly recommended!
