This is a great laundromat. The location is perfect with lots of parking near by. There is a new owner who keeps it very clean and organized. I would recommend this laundromat to anyone.

Its never too busy and they have free wifi!

Defective washing machine made the place sound like a battlefield.

There is no attendant on duty ever and the machines are ancient and in poor repair. The place is seldom clean and if you accidentally drop your clean clothes on floor you might have to wash them again. The extractors on the large machines leave your clothes soaked. The owner will not install a fan and now the place is like an oven or sauna. The prices are not much lower than places offering much better services.

I would suggest using this place as a last resort.Pros*Opens early. Closes late.*I always find parking, either right in front of the place or directly across the street.*The change machine has worked every time Ive gone there. (No problems with that so far.Cons*There arent many machines.*The machines they do have are small and slightly more expensive (by $0.25 - $0.75) than other places around.*The driers require A LOT of time to dry clothes (for example, I put in 1 queen-sized comforter in a drier on the High setting and after 64 minutes. it was still wet on one side).*The place sometimes smells moldy

This place is open early and late and has good prices. Clean and everything worked fine. I read a few reviews from a few years ago and heard the place was a mess, but it has been under new management for the past 2 years and all has has been great since. They have not increased prices either so it is the cheapest around too. It opens 7am and close 10pm. Free wi-fi. parking- Hey it is a great find!

I didn’t see any attendant on duty from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. I also wasn’t impressed with the facilities. No bathroom for the public. I came today for the FIRST and LAST time!!

PRO: Easily accessible, plenty of washers and dryers of different sizes, reminds me ofa laundry room at home because it is not crowded. Plenty of change in the coin machine.CON: No bathrooms in case of emergency. Though they adversities free wifi, no one knows the wifi password. The floors have not been cleaned in quite some time. No one to help if you have a question. There is just a phone number to call, and I am not sure how fast they can answerConclusion: It is a good laundry for the money. You will feel safe as it is close to the Dedham court house and police station. I will definitely return if they can reveal the wifi password.

The only place around with decent hours, its unattended and open late!
