Nice professional and friendly staff. Wait time was decent. They had a great phlebotomist there during my visit. Thank you all for having such positive attitudes. 🙂

Pros: wait time was about 10-15 mins, phlebotomist was friendly, faculty was clean, several hand sanitizing stations, and everyone wore masks.Cons: phlebotomist technique was very painful, and the front desk receptionist was rude/abrasive. She actually got loud with one patient due to her doctor not sending her orders over. Totally unprofessional. Some people do not realize that customer service goes a long way.I wouldn’t return to this location.

Just had some lab work done (01/18/2021 @ 11:50am) and let’s just say; the lady sucks. She has no business drawing anybody’s blood. Plus she had a horrible attitude. Definitely won’t be back at this location.

I miss Darlene she was so friendly, professional and kniw how to fine a difficult vein. She not there anymore and the new tech had a hard time and call someone else to help. Honey please I was so much in pain for atleast a week. I need to visit again and I dont know what Im going to do.

Id like to thank the technician who drew my blood. I dont know her name - she was very professional, it was painless and there was no mark on my arm afterwards. Its not easy with me - I often end up bruised. So thumbs up and thanks for the good job :)

Initially, I felt safe from covid exposure because I signed up in advance and waited in my car until called. However, the implementation was a set up for Exposure. The small waiting room was packed and I had to wait there for 25 minutes until I was called back for my lab work. The lab technician said that persons waiting for Covid testing were also in the same waiting room. I felt very unsafe. Yikes! I will not return here again.

I was just seen for routine blood work at this facility and just wanted to thank Opal for such a quick and easy check in and Charles for a very easy and painless blood draw. A VERY good experience. Thank you.

Ive had blood drawn at the North Decatur Road location over 30 times in 4 years; every single time Ive had a positive experience. I dont make appointments; I go as a walk-in and have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes. I cant remember the names of everyone Ive encountered, but recently Ive worked with Opal and Crystal; like everyone else, they are kind, personable and professional.

We know that we are living in a different time with COVID-19 and its precautions but this facility is RIDICULOUS! They dont give an option of where you would like to wait to feel safe. They make everyone sign in and wait outside in the hot sun with no seating. If you sit in your car and miss hearing your name called because the mobile check in system is down, they skip you regardless if you have an appointment or not. The front desk clerk, CRYSTAL is the most rudest individual you ever want to come in contact. She was not only rude to me, but everyone else that came in that facility. If this is all LabCorp have to offer for customer service, please dont waste your time. Go somewhere else... I am warning you! Being a high risk individual, it is not worth the chance of you contacting COVID-19 or any other disease for that matter. You will NOT take my money nor my insurance money and treat me like gum on the bottom of your shoe!Forever done with LABCORP!Nicole R. Jones!!!

I had to take my three year old son to have blood drawn. The ladies here were so friendly and kind! They did a wonderful job drawing his blood and chatting with him while they did it. He didn’t even flinch. I will definitely use this lab Corp again.

Came here for an annual insurance wellness screening and I must have scheduled my appointment for just the right time because when I came there was no line but when I left around lunch time there were many people waiting already. Was in and out quickly enough, but had to get pricked twice because the first needle didnt work for some reason drawing blood. Oh well.

Wow!! The staff was helpful and efficient. Shawn was covering the desk by herself early Friday morning, but moved us in and out quickly. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND by calling back & forth to my surgeon in SC to make sure the request order for my lab work was complete AND that my insurance would cover it. Darlene took my blood and was AMAZING and efficient. I would HIGHLY recommend this group!!

Had my blood drawn here and absolutely had a wonderful experience. The Phlebotomist that drew my blood was professional, courteous and I didnt feel a thing. Highly recommend this place.

Very quick service. Everyone was very nice and made the experience pleasant.

Arrived half-hour before my appointment for early check-in for insurance annual screening. They let me move up 15 minutes! Check-in by kiosk almost completely automatic using driver’s license (which brings up questions as to the robustness of LabCorp’s records security but I digress). Darlene took my measurements and easily and quickly drew blood. Pleasant and professional staff. Location does not do drug screenings, for those requiring such. Small waiting room.

Darlene is a wonderful and professional phlebotomist. The receptionist is welcoming.When I first walked in it was crowded. But, things went quite efficiently.

Waited almost an hour to have blood drawn. Only one person working the front desk and one drawing blood. Neither were particularly friendly or helpful. Disappointing. I will be requesting NEVER to be sent back here.

Great staff except for front desk employee who was upsettingly rude. Please train and provide feedback.

Perfect location. They are over worked and someone needs to be in the waiting room assisting people with the new sighn in process. (Elderly) I’ve always used them and had a great experience I guess today they are short staff 7 people waiting and I have only seen two people working. They are handling it very well! Corporate can fix this if they care. I have always been able to come in and be out in 30 minutes are less. Please recognize your people that keep your locations running.

I took my 19 month old son in for allergy testing. Literally we were in and out within 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend this location.

Darlene drew two vials of blood virtually painlessly in about 15 seconds! The nurses at my doctors office have failed and punished me many times. Im never going anywhere else again. Thanks, Darlene!

First I noticed an older gentleman got a little upset when he tried the complimentary coffee and it was ice cold and old. When he mentioned it to the receptionist, she isnt attempting to change it or provide fresh coffee. If you offer it, make sure its right. Then one of the lab techs came out to get an older patient, she was mean and disconnected and not friendly at all. I am a healthcare professional and these people here could care less. When will buisnesses understand customer service is important when you offer a service, if you dont put an effort forward to care for customers, then maybe we all need to go somewhere 3lse where they do care.

THIS LOCATION DOESNT DO DRUG TESTS FOR WORK SO DONT STOP HERE IF THAT IS YOUR NEED!So far, they were amazing I was in and out for some blood work. Shawn took my blood like a pro, NOBODY can usually get any blood out of me and she did quickly and painlessly! She was very kind also which never hurts.

The entire staff is rude as hell. It doesnt make any sense how rude they are. They wouldnt allow me to get my blood work done because I didnt physically have my insurance card but it was on my order that my doctor provided for me. I will never come to this location again. The manager had a nasty attitude and I also showed her my insurance card on my phone. My doctors office is closed on Fridays so I had to drive all the way home to get my insurance card ??? Thats poor ass customer service.

They were super accommodating when i told them i was scared, the process was mad quick and the staff were all friendly and professional!

My wait time was about 20 minutes. The lady I encountered at the window was very nasty and unhelpful.

1st thing why dose 1 of your sites on the web say it opens at 7 another one says 7:30 yet another one says 8 Ive been waiting sense 6:50 to drop off a jug also the people could be a little bit more frendly

I use this location because it is attached to my Drs. Office I always always have to sit around waiting at least 30-45 min, they need more staff

Labcorp Decatur EXTREMELY unprofessional the office smells of chicken employees walking around office eating food,you got to do better.

The most rude people on earth. The fat lady at the front was screaming at people. Horrific customer service. Never again will I come back.
