I had a great experience with Bounceomatic for my kid’s birthday party. They were very responsive to all my questions. I had made a mistake in my reservation that was totally my fault and they were extremely helpful in getting it fixed. The bounce house was great. My party guests loved it!

This is the BEST Company EVER and its Black owned. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! Eddie answered all my questions and even gave me a reasonable price for everything that I needed. He was on time and the set up was fast and easy, he explained how to use all the equipment and even told me what time he would be back to pick everything. I would highly recommend this company for any event from a childs birthday party to a family reunion he has absolutely everything you will need table chairs etc..
