Waited 20 minutes for help finding a staple gun. Hint: not with other tools. When I found it, was reasonably priced. Prices are great, customer service sucks.

Purchased several appliances for our new home. Deborah Long was a great help. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We truly appreciated her expertise and great customer service. We will be back for more with our renovations!

I always thought I liked Home Depot better for some reason but the friendliness i have always gotten from lowes had been better. I find myself never going to Hone Depot and always finding my way to Lowes for the friendlier service.

I read earlier comments about the staff not knowing where merchandise is stocked...they were right. It only took me talking to 6 people (including customer service) before I found what I was looking for. It was not in the spot indicated by the product finder. The folks were really nice, just not too helpful!

Use to love Lowes but the last couple times the clerks in customer service are to chatty with each other making customers wait while they talk personal business.

I was in the the lawn and garden twice today getting mulch. First time 3 young men were standing next to the mulch I wanted. Not one offered to help. On my next trip for mulch, a gentleman named Carroll immediately came and started loading. He even helped me load it in my truck. Many thanks to him.

I love shopping at Lowes in general, not least because of their Veterans discount. Unfortunately, this is the worst Lowes I have shopped at and I think it is a store management issue. The associates are friendly and helpful when one of them has time to help you, but they always seem extremely understaffed. I often have to wait quite a while to get help at the paint counter or in the garden center. Too few checkout lines are open at busy times leading to long lines, and the self checkouts are often broken in some way (scanners not working, etc.) The app often has incorrect locations of items. In Decatur, Home Depot is the better option for a big box hardware store, even though I believe they no longer offer a discount to Veterans.

Had a nice experience helping folks with a riding lawn mower. After being ignored by several associates when we first got there. We left the store quite happy. But Ill tell you this, Customer service isnt what it used to be.

I went to customer service and waited for a couple of minutes while a male employee finished talking to a female employee. Them the male asked if he could help and I told him that I needed help in smart lighting and he said ok. I went back over to lighting waited 10 min and when I went back over to customer service this mail employee was standing their joking around with other employees trying to work. I called lowes and contacted lighting department to please come help. They came straight over and where great but the other male employee if anything does not to be anywhere he is supposed to be helping customers. Check your camera from 600 to 700 pm on 4/30.

So they had a buy one tool get one free promo! After waiting for 3 different mangers they still couldnt get it figured out! Took 20 roughly mins. The guy manager was a complete and upmost rude unprofessional every! This man does not need to be in management position! I am aware everywhere is short staffed and everything but dang!

Fast pickup order...FINALLY was able to find some disinfectant spray (Microban) not lysol but its just as good..they actually had it in stock, so last night i was able to grab a few cans online and the next day the order was ready and I chose to walk in & get it, literally in & out. Would definitely do it again if I need something else from lowes.

Awesome experience today at Lowe’s in Decatur Alabama. Always have been a Lowe’s girl but today concreted all further purchases. Drove there from Athens to get a Christmas present, two pieces but thought it would fit in car. One piece did one didn’t. Head cashier Tish helped me out greatly instead of having to drive home to get truck then back, she told me she was just about to get off and she thought she was near me and could meet me at a gas station. Yep, that is exactly what she did. Save me time, gas and only furthered my loyalty to Lowe’s. Customer service at its BEST!!!! Thanks Tish. Kindness goes a long way.

Debra in Appliances was very much rude! I did not appreciate the way she treated my mother when it came to her customer service. If Debra had done her job correctly then my mother would not have had to physically go BACK into lowes for something that Debra had messed up to begin with.

The worst customer service! One employee seemed very annoyed she had to help a lost child and the two cashiers couldnt be bothered to help anyone. Major disappointment today.

I went to Lowe’s to get a piece of wood to put in the bottom of a drawer. I want to give a big shout out to Jim in the lumber department. Jim was extremely helpful!! He helped me find the right thickness; he walked around with me to show me the options and then he cut the wood to the exact dimensions that I needed. Thanks Jim for making this a great trip to Lowe’s!!

Im so thoroughly disgusted at how out of touch corporate staff is. Today I saw a special visitor walking around sporting a gucci bag. How out of touch with your employees and customers can you possibly be? Home Depot is right down the street and gets my business forever now.

We couldnt find what we were looking for, though they carry it. The shelves were disheveled. Customer service was ABSENT, though we called and waited for them specifically- TWICE!FRUSTRATING. We left and went to Home Depot.

My cashier and the whole front end crew were extremely rude. They could.not get my paper work on counter tops to ring up. Stood there for a good 25 to 30 min not once did the cashier or head cashier apologize. Finally a gentleman came by try fix problem he apologized for the wait. If it had been anything wlse beside my counter tops .very rude front-end

Service from employees has gotten not.. so good. I felt ignored, and that I hindered an employee when I stopped that person asking for assistance. This is based on my last 4 months of visits in the same store. I know how aggravating it can be dealing with public so I gave many passes. A week ago I had enough. Swore I would never go to the other store orange again for the same reasons some 10 years ago, but I decided to give another chance after so many years. That place stepped up the game in customer service since. I was able to teach my 18 year old child a reason about working in customer service, or public work. Taught her to never complain within ear shot of other customers about customers. Also, the person we had to stop wasnt very happy about that we stopped them. Cant complain about since that person worked in a different area, and two individuals that worked in the area I was shopping in was too busy talking to check with me to they point they both disappeared. During my interaction with the one employee I did stop. End result was I spent close to 2000.00 dollars at another store an hour later and will go to that place first next time.

Horrible. I was still in the parking lot on my way in and a lady that worked there asked if I had a mask. I said no and she said to get one at customer service. I said okay. So I walk in to customer service and another worker immediately said you have to get a mask and wear it. Ha not one employee said good morning how are you or anything to greet me. All they were worried about is if I had a mask on. So I went to home Depot

I usually have no problem with Lowes, but my last 4 online/pickup orders have been very disappointing. On average, Ive had to wait 40+ minutes for someone to even come out and ask me what Im waiting on. Twice, they started loading an order onto my truck that wasnt even mine, and this last visit was the worst. They couldnt find the security key to unlock the utility trailer, they couldnt find the mower, they couldnt find the mower key, and (not their fault) then my bank froze my account due to possible fraudulent activity... Two hours later, I was able to leave with my mower and trailer.

Just bought a new stove for one of my tenants. Lowes delivered it yesterday without a plug. Called the store and was told that I have to purchase the plug separately. Why wasnt I told about this policy when I purchased It. Now I have to go back to buy a plug. What the **** !! When you purchase a TV set or any other appliance, you dont have to buy the plug separately. I purchased a new fridge from Lowes for my home, and guess what, it came with a plug. Can someone explain this to me. I think Ill buy my plug from Home Depot.

Its Lowes. Employees will help if you find them and ask them, they probably wont offer. Im not sure if theyre actually cashiers or if you have to do self checkout, there are a lot of people in the cashier area like they are supposed to be working but theyre just kind of standing around

The worst customer service I’ve seen in a Lowe’s store. Slow lazy people in the Pro department. Go to Hartselle or Athens they are amazing. Or go to Corum’s Building supply in Hartselle, they have exceptional service.
