I had hearing aids ordered but apparently my insurance would not cover the mold.. I switched insurance and had to switch providers when I asked to have my records sent to the new provider I was told it would be a hundred dollars which is in clear violation of Indiana law and when I asked if he was familiar with the statute he hung up on me DO NOT GO THESE CROOKS!!
