Wade, Kevin, and Scarlett were very knowledgeable and professional. Scarlett was very responsive and helpful during the ordering process, and the whole operation is run in a timely manner. They were the first to come out after requesting a quote from quite literally every glass company in the Huntsville area, and were by far the most impressive with their shower hardware options.They were the highest priced quote, but they had the best looking plan for my shower glass and were always available for questions and help with design decisions. They gave me a 5 week estimate for time to install from the day I placed the order and my installation took place 4 days ahead of schedule. Will 100% use for my next project!

We were in need of a new front door glass that had shattered nearly a year ago, and 3 panes of glass in our historic home in Athens. We had tried to contact a local glass store several times over 2 weeks, but hadn’t heard anything. I found North Alabama Glass on a google search for “glass repair near me” and emailed them. Within a few hours I had a response for pictures of my areas and that evening a long care- written response of my needs as well as their concerns for the windows locations and some wasp nests that needed to go! The next morning I had missed a phone call from them and then got a text asking when they could come see the areas, I believe it was William who came around 10 that morning. That afternoon I had a bid and a phone call from a lady in their office. We paid our 1/2 down and they were ordering the safety glass for the door and would be in touch. 2 days ago I got a call wanting to schedule the install and they came yesterday morning and did a tremendous job installing the front door and the 3 other panes of glass. The workmen worked quickly, they did a great job and no mess was left. If you’re looking for a company to do a top-notch job and be responsive to your messages and “want the work” then I highly suggest North Alabama Glass in Decatur!

Unfortunately, the first time the broken window repair was executed very poorly. They were straight forward on lead times for the custom cut glass, and custom hardware(we have had issues with this in the past with another company who promised short lead times to get our business, and then didnt deliver). Wade even made a suggestion on the placement of the glass, and even though it was minor, it made large difference inside our shower. Between the initial call and the time that they were able to install the new window was so fast, I think it was a little over 10 days that we had to wait for our replacement window to come in. I broke a pane on a patio window and unfortunately we are putting our home up for sale in less than a month. In addition, Scarlett was able to get one of their NAGC installers out to our home much quicker than the other companies. I had some broken corner keys and slides replaced on about six of my storm windows. I paid $263.54 for parts and labor, which I think is on the steep side, but I wanted to get them done and done right so I agreed on the price. Initially I went in and was told by a lady who’s name I did not get that they sold the parts, but did not put them on unless you are having the glass and all replaced. I broke one of the windows trying to get them out of my van, so I ended up having to go back to have it replaced and Scarlett White was very kind and professional, and helped me through the whole process with pleasure. I only had one glass replaced but all windows repaired.

Wade N. and Kevin G. were our technicians. A hinge on our frameless shower door had broken(two screws that hold the door to the hinge had broken). They decided to try and replace the broken screws. The new screws worked great and the shower door is fixed. I really appreciate their pleasant attitude and professionalism while they were here.While they were here, we asked them to measure a guest bath shower unit for a sliding shower door. We hope to get the estimate soon and get that installed. If necessary, I will wait until Wade and Kevin are available to have the new sliding door unit installed. Thanks again for you work!

The company recently replaced our stand alone shower doors and added a shower door to an existing tub. The installers (Wade N. and Kevin G.) were very professional and explained everything along the way. Weve been using the shower/tub since the installation with no issues. Additionally, the office staff (Ciara) was great and ensured we recieved exactly what we ordered.

My dad built a table for me that I wanted to protect from the grandchildren playing & drawing on it. It had a unusual top design. Everything from start to finish was friendly and professional. Every time we called, Brianna was very friendly, accommodating and courteous. Never made us feel like we were getting on her nerves, no matter how many questions we asked or amendments we asked her to make. We were told the turn around time from order to installation would be about 5-7 days and it was exactly that. When they called to schedule installation, we agreed on a time and installers Matt M. and Nick M. were here 5 minutes early. Excellent installation from those two. Very friendly, very professional - GREAT work. Installation went very quickly and that was that! I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this company.

The price was a little higher than I had initially expected and I think they mightve damaged the ceiling in the bathroom while installing (them or the granite guys). However, all that being said I think Wade, Kevin and Christy (in the office) have great customer service, are very professional and overall deserve 5 stars. I plan to use them next time also.

I had a large mirror fall off my bathroom wall while a new vanity was being installed. Uncertain if we would be able to use the mirror or be required to replace it. We called North Alabama Glass when our bathroom remodel contractor did not offer the shower glass that we wanted. Wade and Kevin came out the day we called and took measurements. We were able to go their Madison showroom to physically see the shower glass options and get an order put in electronically which was very convenient. The glass was custom cut and ready to install within 14 days of the order. Wade worked with us to schedule the installation in the correct cadence with our tub and tub filler. These guys were super flexible when we had delays with the tub install and were able to come out the day after the tub was installed to install the shower glass. The glass is absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with the style and function of the rollers and stops. The unit is frameless, but seals very well to keep the water in the shower. Finally, the price that we paid was very comparable to what our contractor was offering. We would not hesitate to use these guys again.

On Friday 11/22 /19 Chris Grim and Kory Stewart come from North Alabama glass Co. with tools prepare to work .They cut a pattern from my family’s 55 year old furniture. They assure me it would fit and look good. If possible they would have it cut and back to me on Monday . They returned on Monday and put the glass pieces on, they look beautiful. Who knows, this furniture my last another 55years for the next relative to inherit . I’m very happy with the service.

Everyone is very courteous and professional. They return phone calls, show up when they say they will, and have clear communication. I had a very large mirror installed over a double sink, and the installation was a little tricky. The installers took pride in doing a good job. The only area they could improve in would be to keep more hardware in their trucks. Part of the installation was to mount the light fixtures onto the mirror, and I am disappointed I have to go hunt longer screws and finish the job myself. I had hoped to have a finished product when they left.

I needed a unique Triangle Gable Vent Window. I sought companies throughout Central and North Alabama with not luck until I visited North Alabama Glass in Decatur. They took on the challenge and provided a very impressive solution of Lexan encased in a shower door metal frame. The window is light weight and fit my specifications for the triangle perfectly.
