I attended American Alternative Court Service to obtain my certification as a Substitute Abuse Counselor. My instructor Dr. Jacques K did an amazing job. When you arrive, dont be surprised to see no sign outside. Once you go in, its on the second floor first door on the left. I was a little surprise considering I called ahead and no one informed me.
