Ive been taking my uniform items here since the early 2000s, after trying other alterations shops. Ive never had any cause to complain and the owner is very frank about what she can and cannot reasonably repair. Reasonably priced (and you get what you pay for).

Owner-operated, one woman shop. Shes been at this for several decades, and Ive been going to her for nearly two. She has a confident eye (for pinning up proposed adjustments) and expert execution. She may sometimes take a little longer, but her price is right. Ill be bummed when she retires.

Based on a referral, we left material to have pants made for a wedding outfit. We even prepaid for the service. However, after 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to check on the progress, the pants were not even started. He originally said it would only take one week, which worked as the wedding would be one month later. His location is an hour from our home, so we made a special effort to find someone who specializes in this particular outfit. While ciniing to pick up our pants after 3 weeks, a second customer also showed up to get their product as well. It has not been completed either and he was sent away to come back.

The lady is really nice and her price is affordable. I took three clothes, and she did a great job.

After leaving my garments for alteration at the store, received a phone call shortly after to state that the price would be 50% more than what she had stated. I guess I wont be going there anymore

Just Called...She was very rude. She couldnt help me so she rushed me off the phone. I wouldnt recommend her just off of that.
