Excellent customer service and superb knowledge of not only the store inventory and ordering availability, but Kristi also has an eye got decorating to the customer’s interests and needs. Although I don’t recall the young man that greeted us when we first arrived, he too was very helpful and attentive. It was an overall enjoyable time.

They are great. Friendly down to earth. Cans to our home for Measurements and estimates for free.

I have worked with Kristy at Carpet Weavers on 3 separate flooring projects. She has always been very responsive to emails and questions. After shopping around at multiple flooring stores in Decatur, I have always received the lowest quote at Carpet Weavers for the same exact floor at other stores. I also think they have the best selection of flooring. I would highly recommend them.

After numerous positive experiences, every time I walk in the store, I will not shop anywhere else for flooring. The staff are very friendly and know what they’re talking about. The store is clean, with a great selection and, if I ever need an idea they have several to offer. I dont know where these negative reviews are coming from (a competitor maybe?) but out of over a dozen visits Ive not been ignored once... but maybe Ive just got a friendlier personality :)Our floors are the envy of many since our latest upgrade. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Carpet Weavers! We redid our entire first floor in a vinyl plank that has held up beautifully with two big labs! The customer service was top notch, and the floor couldn’t look any better!We have also bought several items from the Magnolia Home line for our home. The items are stunning and top notch quality!

Weve used Carpet Weavers many years ago for our kitchen floor. When a competitor screwed up the carpet transition, the Carpet Weavers team first tried to tell the installer how to fix it. When he just wanted to argue with them (like he did with us) they told him to leave and they fixed it for us.When we decided to replace that same carpet with laminate a dozen years later we knew where we were going! They gave us the best price and their installation was impeccable. Highly recommended!

My wife and I walked passed three different employees as we looked at samples in this store. This was the day of their big sale and we were the only people in the store. We walked passed each of them more than once. We had so many questions and my wife was very excited because I told her she can get the flooring she wanted. Our questions were not answered because we were never so much as greeted. We left feeling disappointed and purchased elsewhere.

This is the second time we have chosen Carpet Weavers, they have treated us like the professionals that they are.
