SCAMMERS. I JUST BOUGHT A 2 20 OZ DRINKS AND A CANDY BAR. AT FIRST MY PRICE WAS 6.73. WHICH SEEMED A LITTLE HI. WHEN HE NOTICED I WAS USING MY EBT CARD THE PRICE WAS THEN 5.23. THESE PEOPLE SCAM HARD WORKING AMERICANS. ALSO THEY ARE ALL FROM INDIA. BEWARE OF THIS STORE. I AM REPORTING THEM NOW TO THE FEDS.

Let the buyer beware! The gas is expensive and theres no bathroom that you can use.

Bad place, worse customer service, the guy inside denied the use of the restrooms to a pregnant lady.

I like this Shell a lot mainly because of its location. I think that it’s very convenient and a good spot especially since there aren’t many other convenient stores located around the area. I like this gas station a lot. I highly recommend this gas station.

I buy gas here because its on my way to work. But no more. This is the last time.

I go to this shell because its 0.25 miles from my house, however its the pits. Owners, or store workers dont care about the community. They are there for the money, its not that clean, and gas is always way to high compared to other Shell stations.

Worse gas station on the planet of the earth. I paid for gas on the inside then locked my keys in my car with my purse and the cashier would not let me use the phone to dial 911. Mind you , it was 11:30pm at night and I was a woman alone. I’ll never get gas here again. This is how paying customers are treated. The cashier told me to ask someone outside. There was no one outside. I had to run across the street to the Texaco and the cashier there let me use the phone, as a courtesy. This place will never get my business again.

Shell gas took my money didnt want to cancel transaction. My money was pending in the shells pos system. My bank stated the merchant has to cancel it therefore it drops instantly otherwise held in system 24 hours. I am out of gas and stranded. Even though it was a civil case transaction these officers treat me and my situation as a fly in a swatter!Sadly these officers had the lack of professionalism, compassion, and patience! My situation was my emergency and should have been treated with respect. The way that I was approached the officer stood 10 feet away and was reluctant to even hear me out or take a statement she didnt ask for I.D. nor if I had any weapons on me. I had to beg her to view my evidence and she acted like she did not want to be bothered. The other officer comes up and belittles me more by basically finding fault at my expense and was like the merchant does not assume any responsibility for the money being taken. I realize with their apathetic attitudes toward my situation I kindly dismissed them and they ran of Gladly then I asked for badge # and the female officer perks up then and sarcastically asked if I needed paper too. How can we trust officers on duty if the are apathetic to each case they may encounter on the road. If they dont respect a simple call then how will a real emergency call be handled. Their boss made me feel worse too so I will file a complaint. Part of the job is customer service, serving the public, protect and serve etc. The gas attendant was an rude and stubborn man. He had know customer service they didnt want to see my side of the situation along with proof. Dont support people that see you only as a dollar sign and if there system made the error then they dont assume the responsibility they shift the blame on the patron. Teach the gas guy respect to the business clients if we dont show up you have know buisness and for 4.20 it displays the character of the business and person behind the counter as a rude and heartless man. What if his daughter or son was treated the way I was? Karma comes full circle to teach when your wrong...

They are thieves and steal your money when you use your debit/credit card. I went inside and I paid $25.00 at their gas station to pump my gas and the pump did not work. They refused to transfer me to another pump. They wanted me to swipe my card again to steal more money and I refused. They tried to pretend that they did not understand English and act like they did not know how to void out the transaction on my card. They are crooks and try to steal your money every chance they can get. I will not be going back to their gas station.
