Re-Bath recently installed a beautiful walk-in shower in our Master Suite. We couldnt be happier with the final results! Taking a shower now having replaced the bathtub is such a relaxing experience. Truly as happy as we are with the final results, I have to commend the entire Re-Bath staff with their continued updates on our order with all of the COVID issues and our installer Devin was top notch! If I didnt know he was in our house doing the installation, I may not have known he was here. He continually cleaned up any products and equipment before he left and neatly placed the items out of site. Our bathroom was in need of a serious update, decided to remove the tub and go with just a shower.After doing some research, I decided to go with Re-Bath and can not be more pleased with this company! From start to finish, the entire process was easy! I received weekly updates as to the status of my order, I was told it would be a 3 day job but it was actually done in 2! Our installer (Dan) was very nice, made sure to cover up the carpet in the hallway and the vanity in our bathroom and was very professional.The work is top quality, I would highly recommend Re-Bath to anyone in need of bathroom remodeling.

We had a bathtub removed & replaced with a walk-in shower. The replacement turned out beautifully & only took 1 1/2 days to accomplish the on-site work. The workmen were very focused on the work to be accomplished, very friendly, & cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly recommend ReBath to anyone looking to have this type of project done.

While I rate Re-Bath of Decatur 5 star with the initial installation its nice to know a company actually stands behind their stated warranty, even 7 years later. I had a panel come loose in the shower and Re-Bath went way above and beyond to get the panel replaced and make sure I had a working shower while the new panel was on order. Im also extremely pleased with the work of the installer, Luke. He did a professional job. Cant express how pleased I am with his work. I HIGHLY recommend Re-Bath of Illinois.

The work was done quickly and professionally. Were very happy with it. The floating floor needed a small retouch, but We were made aware that it might be an issue. Very functional and great quality work.

Rebath from Decatur, IL did a Fantastic Job keeping us weekly informed what was ordered and when they would be starting the job. They completely tore out the old part and installed the new room in only 5 days! All of the men that tore it apart and put it back together again always kept us informed and checked to make sure each item was what we had ordered. Not true to there word

Signed up for a bathroom remodel (tub, flooring, and vanity) In April. Because of pandemic-caused supply problems and work backlog, we were told it would probably be August before work could be done. That was what happened, but Re-Bath kept in contact with us, letting us know the status of parts and materials. Work began on August 13th (they could have started earlier on work, but we were in self-quarantine after possible Covid exposure). Installer spotted a problem with the measurements for flooring material being too small, suggested an alternative that wouldnt cost us anymore (dont know if materials were equivalent in price or if this was compensation for the error) and, after I saw the result, I felt the new selection to be superior to the original product. Work was done quickly, finished up a day earlier than expected. Excellent warranty program, thoroughly explained to us. Highly recommend these people.
