Stay away from those people because they come to only charge you without fixing your truck!!!!!!!Very bad attitude and they lies and overpricing.They busted my truck.

I do not recommend using this place. They charged me $400 labor to mis diagnose a reefer unit that was less than a mile from there place.

I had originally written a pretty bad review for this business. I immediately got a call from the owner and we were able to resolve the issue.

I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM WISCONSIN AND NEEDED DESPERATELY TO GET BACK HOME AND CAME HERE AS A FIRST AND LAST OPTION SEEING AS MY TRUCK TRANS WASNT FUNCTIONAL, EDDY WAS A GREAT HELP AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN NO TIME, GAVE ME A GREAT RATE AND GREAT SERVICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THANKS ALOT BUDDY, I MADE IT BACK 11HRS STRAIGHT NO PROBLEMS!

I would like to give a huge shout out to Eddy and staff. Upon our return from Florida this past winter we experienced a significant issue with our engine on the MH. After wasting several months on another provider in Cullman we turned to Quality Auto which did not let us down. From providing the initial quote to change out of the engine the communication and service was top notch. This was especially comforting to us dealing with a person such as Eddy as being Canadian and the US border closure all was dealt with over the phone or email. Having never met the man it takes a lot of confidence to deal with this from 800+ miles from home.If you need service or advice this is definitely the place to go. Currently due to Covid 19 we have cancelled our plans for 2021 however I hope that in the future we shall be able to travel thru the US again.. One of my stops is to thank Eddy in person ... He is the real deal.. honest , caring and providing the necessary information to make informed decisions.Thanks againMurray & Wendy P

Great shop with great people. Had new turbo gaskets and seals put on my truck along with front brakes and a stuck caliper replaced. Work was top notch at a very fair rate and everybody you talk to up there is very friendly. Also had some towing done by Quality in the past and couldn’t ask for a better company

12/31/18 - We called Quality Truck & Auto because my 2002 F150 wouldnt start and we were unable to discover the problem on our own. Eddie came with his tow truck within the hour, took my truck back to his shop and had my truck repaired and ready for pickup in a few hours. :) :) The problem was a bad inertia switch. The price was very reasonable and Eddie was very friendly and easy to work with. Eddie communicated with us about my truck and its issue very well throughout the process. This is the best service experience I have had in a very long time, automotive or otherwise! Way to go Eddie!!! Thank you!

Stay away from these people my truck wouldn’t start after getting towed to there shop that was less than 5 miles the mechanic attempt to guess what the problem he didn’t have a computer to determine the problem. So after a new starter, new solenoid switch, 4 new batteries, and relayes which was $2541.35 the truck start. I drove to my pick up then the same problem Happen again the truck wouldn’t start. I decided to take the truck to the dealership check the dealership determine that the truck only needed a solenoid switch that cost $61.00. The wires to the solenoid was wired wrong by this shop.
